I dented the side of my car backing into a post in a parking lot. I went to Boyd for an estimate. Dave looked at the car in the parking lot and used his fist to bang the two panels together again. No charge. Thanks Dave!

I called the Scurfield location on April 1 because I was having water leaking through into the interior of my car. I had my windshield replaced a few years ago by this location and wasn't sure if there was a problem with the windshield. I called and spoke with (Sam or Dan? I apologize, as I can't remember). Anyways, I live nearby and was driving past the location and asked if I could stop by and have it looked at. It was near the lunch hour, however, your team was able to accommodate me. I have a 3 1/2 year old daughter and 6 month old son, so it's not that easy for me to come by and leave my vehicle. They were quick to pull in my vehicle and have Sal come out and look at it. I thought it would be a quick peek and then I might have to come back to have it repaired. Sal stepped away from his lunch to not only see what the problem was, but ... repaired it on the spot!! I am EXTREMELY grateful that your team assisted me and will spread the word of the exceptional service I received. I will definitely return here for future work.
