When my car got broken into, Miguel and Cheryl were incredible in making a bad situation into a good experience. They took care of everything for me and made the process very simple. They even provided me with a courtesy car so that I had transportation available. If anyone ever gets their car window broken, this is the best place in the city to get the repairs done.

The best service I have ever received. Truly top notch people at this location. If there is something wrong, they work together to fix it. So hard to find good service these days but I will be recommending to everyone I know to go to Nairn Boyd for their glass or autobody

After a bit of a rocky start I want to thank you for going above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. The manager was fantastic about listening to my concerns and offering solutions. The car looked great when I got it back and the interior detailing was a pleasant surprise!

I recently had to bring my Grand Caravan to have the front end replaced after being backed into by another vehicle . I had taken it to another body shop in town where I received very poor service. They sat on the repair for 6 months and when I called them they said they couldn't repair it. I called Boyd Auto Body in Selkirk and Johnny was so helpful. He told me he would find parts within a week. And he did ! I was so greatfful.They did such a good job. When I went to pick up my vehicle I mentioned not being able to put my back seats up. Johny came out and put them up . Now this is going above and beyond. I also mentioned about my other headlight because I had no brights and he offered to clean them. This has been a wonderful experience I do not hesitate to come back to Boyd Auto Body Selkirk for any auto body repairs. Great place and ... great service read more

This was my second time going to Boyd Auto Body Scurfield. The first time was for a stone chip in my windshield, which they fixed, and it's been really good since. This time, I needed some paint work on a scratch. Both times I've gone have been very, very good. The level of customer service is excellent, and the quality of their workmanship is just outstanding overall. They provided me with a loaner car for my most recent visit, which was really convenient. I've had zero issues dealing with them and highly recommend them to anyone. I plan to go there myself for any future work.

Brought my truck to have some screws drilled out. Boyd was the 3rd place I went to, and I wish it was my first. The other 2 places were of no help and one place made the issue even worse. The tech at Boyd worked on my truck for over an hour. Drilled out the broken bolts perfectly. Even washed my truck after. Asked how much I owed for the service and they said nothing. I was blown away. I will definitely go there next time for any autbody or glass repairs and have been recommending to my friends and family. Thank you so much again!!

Mike and his team gave outstanding service . This was my first accident and it was a stressful situation but from beginning to end the whole team was amazing with their customer service and support. I apologize I can't remember the receptionist s name but she was fantastic- from my first phone call to set up an appointment to the end when I picked up my car. You are an outstanding customer service person! When I dropped off my car for repair they had a courtesy car cleaned and ready for my use . Mike kept me informed of my repair progress and got my car back sooner than expected. When I picked it up Mike walked off the car repair with me and told me him and his technician recognized a very slight gap in my hood and said he has ordered a new latch to make it look perfect. I didn't notice this gap and still don't but I so appreciate their ... attention to detail and customer satisfaction- this is what makes Boyd Auto body so great. Steve was wonderful to deal with. I didn't get to meet the others who replaced my mirror but they did a fantastic job , and I appreciated the washing of the car plus the detailing of the inside!!!

I hit a sink hole approx. 4 feet deep in front of Harrow School at a elementary student cross walk where there was road construction throughout the entire area. The construction workers neglected to put a barricade in front of the sinkhole. My auto went into the sinkhole and did major damage to the front end. I called 17 Autobody shops throughout Winnipeg and they all stated they were all not accepting MPI cars. Boyd Autobody finally accepted my vehicle. Their service was exceptional and I needed to wait for Ford to make a car part for my vehicle. Boyd gave me a vehicle to use until the part was made and I got my car back. I would recommend Boyd on Watson to anyone needing their auto to be repaired. The staff and the manager were exceptionable. I was very happy with their service overall Hugh C.

Exceptional service... made my insurance claim for me,had a courtesy car waiting. Then when I picked it up. Not only did they wash my vechicle. But cleaned the inside...which is a 7 seater big suv. I was so shocked. The staff goes above and beyond all expectations. I can't say enough. Thank you guys.. I'll definalty let all my family and friends know.. cheers

It's my pleasure to share 10/10 experience with Boyd at Watson st. Near Garden city.. I was definitely stressed when someone rear ended my vehicle on crazy winter evening.. I was frustrated but Adam & his team Boyd took all the stress away from my shoulder.. They managed every single bit of the process since I dropped the vehicle .. to get rental vehicle and weekly updates with the progress .. I have already spreader the word in my community and friends to always be careful but if that happens then don't ever worry as Boyd is there to take away all the hassles for you.. cheers to Adam & team .. you guys are the best in the city..Happy New year 2024..!
