OMG, the staff at this location were superb! Breanne, Brandi and David are some of the most pleasent people I've had the pleasure to deal with in any autobody shop I have been to in my 25 years of driving! These people were warm, friendly, fun and honest, they took take of me and my needs and delivered what they promissed me and then some. They were prompt and friendly giving me updates on the progress of my van, they were excellent at returning phone calls and they made getting my van repaired very easy, problem free and convenient. After I received my van back, I noticed that they took great care and it was in better condition than before I had my accident. If you are looking for a boyd autobody shop to deal with, I would only suggest going to the one on Scurfield in Winnipeg, I believe that in life, its the people and the little things ... that make a wold of difference in any situation and I must say Breanne, Brandi and Dave made my day! Thank you for the trust, respect, care, honestly, and kindness when we brought our van in to get repaired, and not to mention the great repair job that was done in such a quick time!! read more

This auto body shop has taken great care of me time and time again. They always go above and beyond and exceed my expectations each time - even going so far as the manager driving me to class in the absence of a courtesy car! When I needed a rental badly, they got one for me for free and each time I get my car back it looks beautiful. The staff are so friendly and give great customer service. I will always take my car back there.

Sorry, I forgot 2 items from my previous feedback that contributed to my WOW factor experience. I had additional scratches on my car that were buffed out AND the entire interior was detailed. Just an all around excellent experience. So, not only should Brianne and David be thanked, but the technicians in the back that provide the WOW factor on the vehicle. Thanks again!!!

Wow!, Wow! Wow! I am so impressed. From the moment I called to the moment I picked up my car, the customer service provided by Brianne and David was second to none. Kudos to the guys fixing my car, too. Top notch all the way. I had no idea what to do after I left MPI, so I called Boyd. Brianne walked me through everything I would need to do, explained what they would do on their end and it was done. She called me twice to advise on the progress of the repairs, ensured all my questions were answered and was just a treat to deal with. Brianne was not there when I picked up my car, but David was just as customer service oriented and helpful as Brianne. I felt like a very special VIP customer there. In sales myself, I recognize and appreciate excellent customer service and believe that it should be shouted from the rooftops as there is so ... little of it these days, sad to say. So, please take the time to thank Brianne and David for not only taking such good care of this customer, but all your customers, as I am sure this is not a "one off" case. It's never fun when you have an accident. I took my vehicle and claim to Boyd on Scurfield. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The repairs were done quickly. They even buffed out a bunch of scratches on side of the car and gave it back to me clean and like new. I would definitely recommend this location.

I took my car in because a plastic had ripped off the bottom of my car and the people there were so friendly and helpful. They fixed everything within 15 minutes and didn't charge me anything. Will definitely go back there if i have other car issues.

Right from the get go the Location Manager, David B makes you feel like you are the most important customer of the day and that whatever needs doing will be to your 100% satisfaction. Certainly did not disappoint. The entire staff from front end to the professional work that was done on my car are to be commended. Thank you I am a very happy customer. P.S.
