Staff at Scurfield service centre were very pleasant and accommodating. Attended for auto body repair and was given an appointment for the work to be done only 2 days later! They arranged for the rental car to be brought to the service centre so that I didn't have to make an extra stop. The timeframe they provided to have the work done to the car was right on and the vehicle was ready on the date specified. Very pleasant surprise when I picked up the vehicle as it had been washed and the interior of the car was cleaned and all surfaces wiped down! Very appreciated as a vehicle that drives around 3 young children can get very messy. Highly recommend this location and would definitely use them again if bodywork was needed.

I would like to say thank you for the wonderful service I got from Mr. David B. He deserved to be Location Manager of that branch. I went to your location with no body or even auto glass repair. I went there in that location for emergency as my vehicle ( van ) side door cannot be closed that time besides that time the weather was windy with very high wind chill. Last Jan 30, Thursday my van was serviced and will excellent customer service. I will defenitely recommend this location to my friends and relatives. Thank you very much.

I continue to be very impressed with the quality of work performed at this particular Boyd Autobody location. I am equally impressed that the manager, Mr. Jeff F., always gets up from his desk in his office to come out and greet me by name. When I came to pick up my vehicle they handled returning the rental car I had from Entreprise - saving me a lot of time. I also asked Jeff about my headlights and how I could clean them. He explained it to me, and had my car pulled in and polished them before I left. They all go above and beyond to be sure I get great service! Thanks to the whole team!

The process was quick and easy! I was informed of damage not caught by the insurance adjuster and they took care of changes to the claim. An allowance was made for the paint work and we opted not to have it done, but during the wait time to adjust the claim they offered to do the work stating it would not affect the total time in shop and it didn't. The finished job looks great and getting rid of the dings and scratches certainly helps our company in keeping up it's professional image.

I recently experienced a collision repair with Boyd Autobody & Glass - Scurfield location. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and courtesy from my first initial phone call to the day I picked up my car. Katherine completed the initial damage assessment and provided available options for repair. The recommended repair was excellent and completed on schedule. I want to commend the staff at the Scurfield Boyd for going above and beyond to help me out when my BMW 7 series was in for repair. I'm one of those annoying customers who calls every few days to check on the car. Jeff and Dave were always very patient and accommodating. A helpful change from my previous experiences with other bodyshops. Not only that, but a few days afterwards, I had an unfortunate issue with my radiator that had me coast to a stop in their parking lot. Unexpectedly, they offered to pull the car in to see if the issue was related to the claim. Very professional service, and I will be recommending them to my fellow members at the BMW club, as a trusted and friendly place for repairs.

While I think of it I must tell you about my experience at Boyd auto body on Wednesday at the Scurfield location. I was greeted by Katherine who referred me to Dave Booth. those two employees were incredible. I can't believe how pleasant they were and we actually had so much fun while I did my claim. Katherine was something else -she must be part owner the way she represents your business. You have to know what a pleasure the whole experience was for me. Katherine gave me your web site to comment on but I thought I should write while it was fresh in my mind.

I had been fed up with another body shop for a simple job that had turned into a disaster and still wasn't right after three return trips even after I explicitly told them what was wrong and how to fix it. Brought it to Boyd and they took one look, knew exactly what was wrong and had the whole mess fixed in under fifteen minutes. I couldn't be happier and definitely bringing my truck back back when more work is needed.
