Service was excellent. Staff was friendly and courteous. Obtaining your rented vehicle couldn't be any easier. They did a great job on the repair done to my car. I was also impressed that my car came back to me cleaner (inside and out) than when I brought it in. Great job all around and would recommend this location to anyone looking for an autobody shop.

I have had two unfortunate accidents and brought my vehicle in to the Nairn location. On the first accident Cameron went above and beyond by paying for a diagnostics to find why an engine light was coming on and then referencing with a manual to ensure it was looked after properly. I had hoped and told him I would not be seeing him again but would absolutely recommend him to others. Unfortunately I was back again and this time both Cameron and Matthew were outstanding unbelievable people in giving me 100% satisfaction. I did leave Cameron a personal gift because of the way he treated me as a customer. Thank you to Kate for helping me share my apprecation as I do not have internet.

Your shop tech took care of this matter within minutes & had me on my way in no time. You have at least 2 top notch employees. I would not hesitate to return to your shop should I ever have need to.

I had a small chip in my front window, so I walked inot the above location with no appointment. Cmaeron Stewart met with me, looked at my chip and had a service claim started while my vehicle was taken to the back to be worked on. During this time it was discovered that I would not be covered because of my deductable. Cameron explained the advantages of having the $200.00 as opposed to the $500.00. He then promptly let me know that the service would be complimentary this time. I was shocked and very appreciative. I have not had customer service like this in years. I will most certainly take all by business back to them, and will take every opportunity to recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you Cam and the Boyd team at Narin Ave!!!!

This is my second time dealing with Boyd and I'll never take my vehicle anywhere else. The first time was for a broken side mirror and they were all very courteous and so helpful and kind. The second time was because my daughter had rolled my car. MPI wanted to write it off, but they paid for the hood; knowing how badly I wanted to keep my car. It was found after, that a few other parts were needed and they paid for those too. I receive courtesy call twice a week to keep me updated. I am more than pleased. I have recommended Boyd to everyone I know. Thanks Again!!!

It is frustrating to begin with after you have been in an accident but,finding the right place to have your car repaired is another issue all together. I walked into Boyd Autobody and right away felt a weight off my shoulders. The staff at this particular Autobody shop were wonderful and took care of all the little details right down to having a rental car for me. I did not have a repair done at the store. I needed some clips for the windshield reveal on a 1968 Oldsmobile 442 that I restoring. The windshield was installed at the auto body shop that painted the car for me a few years ago. When I tried to install the trim pieces I found that the wrong clips were installed and they would not hold it in place. When I asked the staff member if he could possibly help me with my problem, he called his supplier and was able to get me the clips that would work. I feel that he went well beyond any expectation I may have had and I am eternally grateful for what he did. I will certainly recomend this shop to anyone that might deed their type of service.

Just wanted to let you know how pleased I was with the service i recieved from your 730 Nairn location. I dropped my 1999 grand am off there to have the driver side window replaced. It had broken the plastic pieces of the window and wouldnt go up or down. I talked to a woman named Kendra who was very nice and extremely helpful and friendly. She quoted me a price, went above and beyond trying to find the parts I needed and had my vehicle fixed by the end the day for me to make it home for the weekend.(I live an hour outside of Winnipeg) When i arrived to pick up my vehicle, at the time she said it would be ready, it was washed, vaccuumed and waiting outside for me with the motor running and inside nice and warm. When I went to pay, the price was under what she had originally quoted. I am very happy to have dealt with Kendra and will ... definitely be bringing my car back to Boyd. Thanks again. read more
