"I am writing to you to commend an ultra-exceptional employee at your Nairn Ave, Winnipeg location. Kendra Matheson is truly an all-star and deserves special recognition for the high level of customer service she consistently exhibits. On August 3, near the end of my work day, I left the office to take out recycling materials and found that my vehicle driver side window and my colleague's front passenger side window had been smashed, and our vehicles had been ransacked. I have worked at this location for over 6 years and was parked right in front of our main doors! This is a costly and upsetting experience for any person, and when you call the local police in Winnipeg, they are so overwhelmed with these type of reports that they are quite cynical and only grudgingly "helpful". I called Boyd on Nairn when no one answered at ... my car dealership (also located in the Nairn area, and supposedly "open"). Kendra answered the call (lucky me!) and was so compassionate and helpful - in spite of having many glass claimes on the go, within minutes she was able to verify that my type of window was available and was able to schedule in my repairs - my car was fixed the next day, and I had the use of a courtesy car to get me to work that day! On the day of my initial call, Kendra even offered to stay a bit late so someone could tape up my window for me - I did not take her up on that, but really appreciated the kind and sincere offer! Having worked as a staffing recruiting for one of the world's largest staffing companies, I am trained to recognize precious talent and ability - Kendra has that magic mix of good judgement, intelligence, integrity, kindness and caring that are truly rare today. If you were to promote this girl as a CEO i am sure you guys would get more business! Her personality was very impressive, every thing is marvelous. Excellent job all around ... GREAT fast and friendly service too. The manager (Kendra) couldn't do enough to help get my car fixed in only one day! The technician did an excellent job and the car came back cleaned and looking like a million $$. Now THAT"S service! Thanks very much.

I had smacked the drivers side mirror off and so took my car to the Boyd on Nairn. Within minutes they had it repaired. The girl at the front desk was knowledgeable and extremely friendly and professional. It was fast and cheap (free). This location has outstanding customer service and it is nice to know there is still an Autobody shop out there that is honest. I really appreciate it. We just moved into the area and will return for any further car body repairs. Friends and family will too! Thank you!

I just wanted to take the opportunity to commend the staff at the 730 Nairn location in Wpg. They performed my needed glass repairs (both front and rear windshields) quickly and expertly, put in additional effort to provide a courtesy car per our LOU coverage and displayed unparalleled professionalism throughout. Imagine my surprise when, in addition to this, I found my vehicle completely vaccuumed and freshly washed. I had not expected this and it was a welcome surprise. Based on this initial experience I will not hesitate to return in future, should I require autobody or glass repair services. Keep up the good work, and props to Kendra and the rest of the 730 Nairn staff

This all happened apparently before I mentioned to you that Caelin's car was in the Nairn shop. Once again, your staff delivered a completely satisfied and delighted customer. I am the owner of the Ford Flex from yesterday (windshield replacement) -- just wanted to say a formal thank you to you and your staff. As I said in your offices, I appreciate you were open early, I appreciate you were able to get the work done in one day (ready for pickup at the end of my work day) and I REALLY appreciate those that took the time to clean my car. I am very pleased with both the collison repair AND glass repair while my vehicle was in the shop. There was a part that apparently went to the body shop damaged and Brent checked around for a part that was not damaged to install on my vehicle. I very much appreciate Brent\'s honesty as the damaged part could have been installed and I never would have known otherwise. They took the time to check every detail of the damage and they did a fantastic job. Hopefully my vehicle will not be involved in a future accident but if so, I would not hesitate to take my vehicle back to Brent at Boyd Autobody. Thanks Brent (and staff). Lorraine Silk
