I loved the service at the Narin Location. the staff was very attentive and i was in and out with my car in 2 days! i personally dealt with Preston Brockie and he was awesome to deal with. made sure that all my concerns were addressed and assured me that i would have my car back in 2 days and delivered. the Quality of the work was awesome. i would recommend for everyone to go to the Narin location and deal with Preston. He made the annoying trip to get the car fixed a great experience!! A++++++

I was in Boyd yesterday and received amazing service. I had Matthew helping me at the front desk he was every knowledgeable about the service that they offered and answered all my questions. I just went in to get a quote for my car door handle he took a quick look at my handle brought Chris out his tech and had it fix in 10mins there was nothing broken just slipped out of place. The service was great and professional I booked an appointment to have my bumper fix. Thanks Guys keep up the Great work!

Preston provided exceptional customer sevice. He educated me and said/did everything he said he would do. He made the calls he said he would do as well. The best part was that he was very empathetic to my situation and that to me is customer service. I could really tell that he was trying hard to help me even though some cases it wasn't even in his power to do so re enterprise car rental accident. I appreciate that he was at least trying to help me out unlike enterprise was. Overall he was friendly and professional. Of course I don't want to get into any more rear ends but of anything happens to my car I will come back to boyd. Also the front desk guy was very courteous and fast when he helped me too.

Extremely helpful and accomodating. Dealt with David and Jeff, they both went above and beyond to make this process go smooth. Provided updates twice a week so we were always aware of what was going on. I will definitely go there should I ever need collision repairs. A+

Originally I had brought my car there to get the bumper repaired, BUT my auto starter was not working after I had gotten the car back, and they agreed to take my car and fix it again, AND DROVE IT OUT TO ME IN SELKIRK once they were finished to apologize for the inconvenience. Great service. wonderful staff, especially Preston and Matthew. When our van was not going to be ready quite on time, they found a way to keep us happy by providing a different loaner. When we lost a driver's license in the console of the 1st loaner, they found it right away. Great attitude and very personable and professional. Thanks again Guys! If we ever need another repair, we will remember you.

We brought our car in on July 9th to have the windshield replaced. Matthew greeted us immediately upon entering your facility. He assured us our car would be ready by 4:30 the next day. He took the time to explain to me exactly what the Technician would need to do and the time it would take. He answered all of my questions in a very friendly, professional manner! Upon pick up of the vehicle, I was pleasantly surprised to see not only had the job been completed as promised, but my car was washed and detailed!!! WOW! In my opinion, you have a sincere, professional and courteous employee in Matthew. I will be sure to recommend this location to friends and family. Thanks Matthew!!
