I was in Boyd Autobody and Glass the week of September 15th, 2013. Reason for visit: The weather strip at the top of the windshield had come loose in the middle and was blowing out while driving. I walked in and the girl at the desk asked if she could help me. She came out immediately, looked at my car and said she would take it in right away. Within 10 minutes the strip was reglued and taped down. She asked that I leave the tape overnight for the glue to set. When I asked what the charge was she told me it was free. This was the second time that I have gone to Boyd for help and the second time they have been exemplary in their service. Thank you to the people at Boyd Auto. You should be proud of yourselves. I had bent my front license plate on a concrete barrier in a parking lot, and went to Boyd to get it fixed. They very kindly repaired it free of charge. I was most surprised…and pleasantly so. One seldom gets something for nothing these days. Thank you so much; it made my day.

Maurice Blomme, Location Manager, provided fast, friendly service. Brought car into appointment on Tuesday and I had it back by Friday, earlier than expected. Was excellent service, and the work was very well done. Car was also cleaned and returned in spotless condition. I would not hesitate to recommend Maurice and this Boyd location to anyone in the future. Other times I have been here, the staff has always been always friendly and courteous.

My car was repaired for hail damage after the June 10th storm. I was given regular updates regarding the progress of my vehicle. My rental vehicle was provided promptly. My vehicle repair was completed as requested and the manager showed me exactly what was repaired. I have been to this location once before and have always been politely taken care of. This location is a pleasure to do business with.

They always gave me all the information I needed to make the right decision. Work done was first grade and up to now, I never had to bring back my vehicles for an adjustment. A gooose decided to committ suicide by walking in front of my car on the highway. Boyd found damage that autopac didn't find and worked with MOIC over the process of getting and returning after market parts that didn't fit. they gave me frequent updates as to what was happening. When finally finished and I got my car back the airconditioning didn't work. so I brought it back. It turned out that it was not due to the accident, but they fixed it too AT NO CHARGE! this is above and beyond. I will definitely be using them again.

I scheduled an appt to have my bumper and windshield replaced and brought my car in on Friday, May 3, 2013 for 8:00AM. I arrived for my appt on time and was checked in immediately and the Rental Car Agency was waiting for me to select my rental car. My car was repaired quickly and I picked up my car on Monday, May 6, 2013 one full day ahead of schedule. Once again the checkout process was handled efficiently and promptly. I am most impressed with the service that I received, your staff are courteous and friendly, are prompt, and the qualify of the repair work looks to be top notch. I just want to let you know that your level of service is excellent, the staff at the Southdale location are first rate they are professional, friendly and do provide excellent service. If I ever need any repair work done on a vehicle I will definately chose ... the Southdale location again and will recommend your company to others. Thank you for such a pleasant experience. "Getting my bumper replaced was not something I looked forward to until I met Matt Rowluk. This guy exemplifies superior customer service. He made sure my rental car was ready, he kept me well informed of the process from start to finsih. It was evident to me how important my business was when he called and said there was a small imperfection that needed repair and he would need a little more time to "make it perfect" he said. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, my paperwork was ready, he took me outside to look at the work and even had my burnt out headlight replaced without me asking. I wanted to share my appreciation for Matt's excellent service, his genuine desire to make me a satisfied customer and his going beyond my expectations. I stopped in to ask a question about an issue I had with my vehicle, not related to a collision. I was treated with the best courtesy and the quickest service I have ever seen. Being chronically ill, in and out of the hospital a task as simple as washing my truck can seem impossible. I have required to use automatic car washes for the last year and my driver side door leaked horribly every time. I dealt with Matt (did not get last name). Matt was polite, professional and had me fixed in less than an hour. Such a small and quick repair, tightening a door strike, might be an easy job for your techs but it means a lot to me. I will certainly bring any future business of mine to Boyd and recommend them to my family and friends. Thank you so very much.
