I had used the Lakewood location for repairs to different two cars in the last couple of years and was impressed with the quality of the paint finish and colour match. Also, the repairs have held up very well over the years. So, when my MDX was severely damaged this summer when a section of my cottage roof flew off in a hurricane force wind and landed on the vehicle, I decided to trust this location with this repair as well. Despite the extensive damage, Location Manager, Matt Rowluk, assured that me that they could handle the job. When I dropped the vehicle off, he took time to review the claim and walked me through all of the repairs that would be done. When they began working on it, additional repairs not listed on the original estimate were required. Matt skillfully negotiated all of these with MPI on my behalf, and it quickly became ... evident that he took great interest in ensuring that all required repairs would be approved and done. Throughout the 6 weeks that my vehicle was in the shop, Matt updated me at least twice a week as to progress that was being made. He also immediately let me know if there were unforeseen delays as a result of additional repairs that needed to be done and parts that had to be ordered. When I picked up the vehicle when all repairs were done, I was very impressed with the quality of repairs, paint finish and colour match, and also the attention to detail in properly masking all areas so that there were none of the usual tell tale signs of repair in the form of overspray or masking lines. The result was that the vehicle looked new again, and in some ways it was better than before the damage occurred. It is obvious that there are very skilled individuals working at this location and that they take pride in their work. With a repair this extensive, it was inevitable that there would be a few minor items that I noticed still needed some attention after the repairs were completed. However, Matt was receptive to all of my observations and ensured that these were dealt with immediately. His sincere desire to ensure total customer satisfaction was evident throughout the entire process, from start to finish. His high level of personal service was even more impressive when I realized how many other cars he was dealing with at the same time. My van was vandalized with primarily left sliding door glass and some collateral damages to driver's door etc. Completion of the work on my vehicle was delayed due to some back and forth with MPIC due to additional damage being discovered and also the fact that Honda had sent the wrong glass in the first instance. Then after I picked up the van the sliding door started to act very strangely necessitating that the vehicle be returned for additional diagnosis and repair of what turned out to be a rather minor but testy and frustrating electrical problem. The Location Manager, Matt Rowluk, phoned me twice a week to keep me abreast of the progress and the additional problems that were being encountered etc. When the electrical situation surfaced after I picked up the van, Matt arranged for additional diagnosis and work to be done in a timely ... manner which was most appreciated because by then I was running into a personal time compression problem with some forthcoming travel. At all times, Matt remained cool, collected and focused on getting the job done correctly and completely all the while keeping me informed and, in the end, satisfied. He is to be commended for his ability to handle complex situations with grace and for his devotion to customer service. Thank you. read more

Matt did a fabulous job of working with Autopac to get additional repairs approved and getting my Lexus into Wpg for repair. The vehicle looks just like new. Danny was friendly, courteous and prompt, he had the paperwork ready to go before I walked into the door. I have only good thing to say about Boyd. I brought my car in, they looked over the damages and found quite a few more than what was first found, and did what was necessary to get them fixed. They phoned me twice a week and updated me on anything new and how far along they were with repairs, I really appreciated it. I am more than pleased with the workmanship and the final repairs done to my car! Thanks a bunch!

I was very pleased with the excellent service I received at Boyd's. I went in for a stone chip repair and I was looked after immediately. I was later surprised to find my immaculately cleaned vehicle ready for pickup in the parking lot. They told me they don't usually clean vehicles for a stone chip repair but they had time so they did it. I was quite impressed with this. Many may have opted for a longer coffee break but instead they put customer service at the forefront. Thank you!

I had great service!! I dropped in as i got a stone chip just yesterday on the Perimeter. They had no issues taking me in as a walk-in and estimating it to only be a half hour. On top of it their employee Alexcia, offered to drive myself and friend to lunch and picked us up when done with my vehicle ready as promised.
