I had some body worked done on my car due to a collision at another bodyshop (to which i regret) who did a careless and boched repair job, to which as a result the panels on my grandam were literally flapping in the wind falling off to the point of being unsafe! I called boyd 20 lakewood hearing good things from previous cutomers inquiring an estimate to repair this. Maurice had answered and told me to come right down. Where he informed me they would fix it for me that day no cost! I am very appreciative of this, the fellow staff there were all very professional, kind and caring. Thanks alot for allowing me to put to rest this long outstanding issue. I will definetly be going back if ever needed and recommending them.

Am writing to express my gratitiude to the manager of boyd Lakewood store Maurice. I have to say that I am not an easy customer. The headlight of my car fell off when I was driving on the highway. This is related to the collision I had last June and I took my car to Boyd for repair. So naturally when this happened I came back to the same store. Maurice received me and he was not at the store when my first repair took place. He was very patient and took time to discover the problems and issues. And dealt with me very patiently and respectfully. I was emotional and difficult at times as I felt boyd should help me solve the problem. In the end after investigation and a few phone calls Maurice did provide a very satisfactory solution. I looked at the advertisement of boyd we guanrantee our work for as long as you own your vehicle. I felt ... Maurice lived up up that brand promise. I had some time to kill while doing some errands, so I dropped by Boyd to book an appointment to fix some damaged trim on my vehicle. To my suprise, they fixed it right then and there in 15min, and did so free of charge. I will be returning to Boyd for future car repairs.

I was just at the Boyd Autobody & Glass location on Lakewood Blvd to have my rear view mirror re-attached to the windshield. All staff were very attentive and courteous, while I waited for the work to be done. Very efficient and the work was completed within 1/2 hour, complimentary. Thank you so much !

I am a repeat customer of this business. It is the only place I will bring my car to. They make my car look better than brand new. Matthew and Maurice were amazing to deal with. Their customer service was completely off the charts. They bent over backwards to make sure everything was perfect for you. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND taking your car to Boyd on Lakewood.

A panel behind my wheel well came loose. I popped in to this location to see if someone could replace the pin/screw that holds it in place. It was a Friday evening at 5:15 (they close at 6). One of your employees came out in the bitter cold, asked me to wait inside. The staff inside were friendly and chatty. The employee that looked over my vehicle went out replaced the screw and when I asked what the charge was, the reply was "no charge". I thanked them and was on my way inside 15 minutes. I regret not paying closer attention to their names, but they were friendly and professional over a very small job indeed.

I have used this Boyd Autobody location before and knew that the service was good. It's even better than I remember! Mathew and the rest of the team were polite, courteous, prompt and thorough from start to finish. He made sure that my car was brought inside during the bitter cold snap Winnipeg experienced this year, and that anyone needing to move my car knew about the sticky gear shift. My car was cleaned inside and out, and because he knew I would be arriving at a specific time to pick it up, he had it running for me when I arrived. The staff at Boyd provide stellar service and I recommend Boyd Autobody, especially this location, to everyone. Thanks so much!

Hello! I am writing to praise your Lakewood location on their exceptional service!! I was in my first accident ever in 30 yrs and I have to say Boyd made the experience rather painless! From the moment I walked in the door. (Matthew acknowledged me instantly even though he was helping another customer) Leah assisted me with my claim and reviewed the particulars . When further damage was found they provided me with transportation immediately. I was updated on the progress and received my vehicle back in a very reasonable time frame. Exellent service in replacement of my Venza windshield, even though the OEM windshield which was installed was faulty,(probably shoukd have caight this at the outset) the manager made it right by providing a genuine Toyota windshield at no additional cost, which was not anticipated. The subsequent installation was perfect.
