Phenomenal service - above and beyond the 'call of duty'. Katherine Kennedy & team were amazing providing regular feedback. Most appreciative of the courtesy vehicle - made our family lives so much easier. As we are in the process of moving, the collision repairs could not have come at a worse time but with the Boyd team, it seemed painless. This is the 5th or 6th time I have used this particluar Boyd outlet for car repair. From the first time to the present I have not had any reason to go to any other collision repair facility. The service supplied from the repairs to the customer service to dealing with the car rental groups has been nothing less than very satisfying. Katherine Kennedy and her staff has always shown a willingness to go the extra mile to complete reapirs on time and to a very high standard. Hopefully I may never have to use their services again but should the situation arise I have no reservastions about going back to Dudley. Mike Jankiewicz

"Katherine, A friend of mine (Derek Tallon) passed on a WOW by your team that I wanted to share with you.... Derek's daughter, Cali (sp?) recently had her car vandalized (spray painted). She went to MPI who gave her a claim...but told her that a bodyshop may be able to take the spray paint off at a lower cost that her deductible. She went to Boyd Dudley and met our painter who was outside on break. After she told him (and showed him) her problem, he went inside...got some solvent...and in a few minutes was able to remove all the spray paint. She thanked him and asked "how much"...to which he replied "no charge....just tell all your friends and family to bring their damaged cars to Boyd". Katherine....this is a great example of our our Team living our Mission and our Goal...so Congrats to you for leading your Team ... to live our Mission and Goal...and please also pass on a Congrats and Thanks to the painter who delivered this WOW!! The service was AMAZING!!!!!!!!! Right from the start Katherine did absolutely everything she could to make sure our bumper was repaired quickly. She arranged the rental car for us, She and David called us with progress reports throughout the week, and when we picked up our car, it was spotless inside and out!!
