I had fairly major repairs completed on my envoy and they were friendly, efficient, got the job done quickly, my truck looks great and stayed in touch with me every tues and thurs with updates on the progress. I arrived at your Dudley location on the afternoon of Jan 5 with collision damage that I was hoping to have repaired without making an insurance claim. Less than 24 hrs later my vehicle was fixed, washed, warm and waiting for me to return your courtesy car. Your representative Katherine Kennedy provided helpful counsel and outstanding service. True customer service is hard to come by these days, but my experience at Boyd Autobody proves that it is possible to find. My car was in the shop for nearly two months (an expensive and complicated repair) and during that time Kathy and David at the Dudley Avenue location in Winnipeg met all my needs and expectations. Great job!
