Want to start by saying how happy I was getting into my car today after the repair. Great to be driving my own car again. The positive service started when I dropped in with the estimate. It got better when I was told that they would arrange for the rental car, using Enterprise down the block. The location of Enterprise was the reason I had selected the Dudley location to begin with so this unexpected service was a lovely surprise. Within 30 minutes, I dropped the car off, Katherine processed me quickly, I signed for my rental, and I was at work downtown. As promised, I got an update on Tuesday and again today. The car was ready today, even earlier than expected. The repairs look great and it was lovely to drive away in a clean car too. I most definitely would recommend Boyd and in particular the Dudley location. Katherine was fabulous, ... personable, and knowledgeable. read more

This is the best car repair shop I have ever been too. They were very helpful in getting me a rental car while mine was in the shop and the first time, they gave me a loaner. They called every Tuesday and Thursday to give me up dates on my repair and even held it back for a day due to finding something else that needed to be done. I am very impressed with the service that was provided, they are run very efficiently and are very friendly, willing to answer any questions and willing to help in whichever way they can. I will return (God forbid) next time I need repairs.

Initial contact was prompt, efficient and friendly. Replacement car was on sight shortly after I arrived to drop off my car. I received a helpful reminder about insurance needs and directions to the nearest location to obtain this insurance. Any follow-up questions were answeredd directly and the repair process proceded as I was told it would. I really appreciated the twice weekly updates on t he status of the repair and the person on the phone was always very plesant as were the staff at the shop. the work was completed and looks fine. I have had previous good experiences with Body Autobody and the Dudley location in particular.

The shop at Dudley Avenue was of great assistance when dealing with the repairs to my car. The service was excellent and would strongly suggest to anyone who requires repairs done have their work completed certainly at this location - the staff complement of 2 lovely ladies makes one's day far easier especially when handling 'car' problems. I did fill out the feedback online but just to make sure you get my Thank you I'm sending you both this email. Katherine and Stephanie I really appreciate all you did for my family and me. Our SUV looks better than before the accident. Thank you for the use of the car. Our kids missed our SUV, but were very happy to have a cool car to use. Since receiving back our fixed SUV, I have had many compliments on the SantaFe's good condition. Most people think it's a 2007 and are surprised when I tell them it's a 2003. We a very happy to have our SUV back and plan on enjoying it for years to come.

Picked up my Toyota today after repair work was done....my car looks as though it just came off the showroom floor...repair work was literally perfect...highly professional....and spotlessly clean. And as professional are Katharine and Stephanie....the women who look after your front office. It was explained to me exactly what would take place in the repair....and whenever I was told they would be in touch, they were....No wondering what was happening with my repair work....All these people are a credit to your Corporation.....And my memory goes back a long way, to when Boyd Auto was a small neighborhood repair shop.....The owners at that time would be very pleased to know how you as an international Corporation have carried on their good name. Very helpful from start to finish. At the first visit, Steph explained things well, and made the arrangements to get the parts in and book the repairs. I appreciated the regular Tuesday and Thursday update calls, especially when things didn't go as quickly as expected. When there was confusion with the Autopac claims, Catherine was very helpful in guiding me to get things sorted out, and advised me on upgrading my rental car while the repairs took longer. Overall they did a great job in taking car of my car, and looking out for me during the process. Thanks!

Catherine and Steph are awesome. I was not happy with the noise my car was making when I picked it up. They took the matter into their own hands and in less than 8 hours had my car fixed to my satisfaction. They are in my opinion who represent Boyd and do an awesome job at it.

I am sorry for such a late response to the service I received June 10 - 14 (hopefully I am remembering the correct week). Once I received my MPI notice, Victoria at Portage ave contacted Dudley to have the work scheduled. I appreciated both Victoria and Amanda updating me throughout the process. Thank you Katherine Kennedy for putting my mind at ease, when I assumed my front bumper was worse than it really was, and for looking for a price on a bezel. As always, I am impressed with each person's ability to keep me informed and help me feel a part of the process rather than just another job.

Can't say enough good things about the service I received from these people. Walked in with my claim papers and within minutes the beautiful young woman behind the counter asked me if the damage to my driver's door made it difficult to get in and out of the car. I said yes and within fifteen minutes she cleared it with MPI that I had loss of use insurance and had Enterprise deliver a rental vehicle to me. She called me, as promised, twice a week to keep me up to date on the progress fixing my vehicle and when I picked it up your people had done an amazing job and the car looked as good as new. Thanks to everyone there.

"I've been meaning to write this note for quite sometime. I cannot thank BOYD AUTOBODY (Dudley Ave, Winnipeg) enough for the FANTASTIC job they did on my 2011 Ford Fiesta, specifically CSR Stephanie Reimer and Manager Katherine Kennedy. From the moment I stepped into the shop, I felt as though I was making the right decision as to where I should be taking my car for repairs. Their professional, thorough, friendly, and calming demeanor relaxed me immediately, which was a much appreciated bonus, since I had just finished dealing with my insurance provider (and we all know how stressful that can be). Miss Reimer did an INCREDIBLE of job of keeping me up to speed as to what stage of repairs my car was currently undergoing during the entire process, as well as ensuring I had a courtesy vehicle the very minute one was available to them. ... The ladies also went to bat for me like the champs that they are, and were extremely persistent in faxing requests to my insurance provider, so that my vehicle might be approved for "add ons" since extra damage from my accident had been discovered after my initial Autopac assessment. To my surprise the work was approved, and again, Miss Reimer had immediately notified me of the good news, and I was assured they would have my vehicle back to me as soon as possible. During this process I was also informed they had received a part from a dealer that was not up to specs, so they let me know they had sent it back for a new part and that it might take a little extra time to finish the vehicle because of this. I did not care. I had a courtesy vehicle, I knew my car was in good hands, and I knew these ladies had my best interests in mind. If it would have taken another month, it wouldn't have mattered. They were such pros at making me feel as though Boyd had everything under control, that I actually felt honored to be working with the company on my claim. When I got my vehicle back, I was more than pleased with the results and the body work was immaculate. I would not hesitate for one second to recommend Boyd to my friends and family, specifically the Dudley location. This was also my very first time bringing my car to Boyd. Good first impressions last forever. Accidents are never fun, but just knowing that something good like the service and quality work I received due to professionals such as Miss Reimer and Miss Kennedy, can come out of something so horrible, makes someone like me feel quite pleased to know that in a day and age where customer service seems to be an afterthought, a company exists like Boyd that will go that extra mile for their customers.
