We had excellent service to have our vehicle repaired after incurring hail damage. We were also provided with a courtesy car which was very helpful. We have done at least two other jobs at this location and have been pleased with the workmanship. I recommend them to others. David and his staff are to be commended on customer relations and workmanship.

This was my very first experience having a car I owned damaged so I felt I needed a lot of guidance/support regarding what's best to do when having my car repaired. Boyd Autobody was superior in how they offered assistance and professional and that means everyone I spoke to from the mechanics to reception and the manager herslf. They all took time to explain MPI and dealing with car rental, having added insurance on your rental and all the finishing touches as well! My car was returned to me clean and shiney and it again looked like the NEW Car that I had purchased in June 2013! Thanks Katherine to you and your Team.

They were absolutely amazing! Received updates by either phone or email on Tues. and Thursdays. Gave us a courtesy car to use with extremely minimal cost. They were faster than the time they estimated, and when we got the final bill it was considerably less than what was quoted. The van was clean and polished when we got it back! Katherine runs an amazing show there and I would HIGHLY recommend them. They were recommended to me and I have already passed on the information of their incredible work to others. Having one's car damaged is always painful, and makes one cranky if it isn't fixed quickly. I bring my car to Boyd Autobody & Glass because I know I'm going to get quick and professional service. Katherine Kennedy and her staff make sure it's done right; and if there's something unexpected during repairs, one can rely on Katherine to give you the straight goods. I can't imagine going anywhere else for autobody and glass work.

I couldn't have wished for any better service..right from the phone call to come for an assessment of the vehicle damage, through the scheduling of an appointment to bring the vehicle in for the fix up, to the regular updates on the fixing, to the final call, that my vehicle was all fixed and ready for pick -up the service was friendly, informative, helpful, and professional...what a great job on the repair looks brand new.. I would return any time I would need the service, and would highly recommend this shop to anyone
