We had our car repaired and painted at Boyds auto body in the last 2 weeks and we were very satisfied with the work that was done there.Our car came out of the body shop very clean and the body work was done very well.The customer service was excellent.The customer service agent was Randy Yantz.We will be sure to recommand Boyds .

I was in to get a bracket on the side panel of my door and I must say the entire staff is a pleasure to meet with. They fixed the bracket in under 5 minutes and did it complimentary!!! I would recommend this particular location to anyone. I've used it my past 4 vehicle repairs and they are the best!!! Thanks

The staff were very professional and friendly. There were several mix-ups that caused an extensive delay. The original estimate indicated my vehicle would be in the shop for 3 days. I brought it in on April 10th. Firstly, the wrong part was ordered/delivered (or not enough parts?). And then a second part was ordered, but was discovered to be damaged before installation. Finally, the third part(s) were orderd and installed properly. I was then able to pick up my vehicle on May 3rd (about 3.5 weeks!). Although the staff were good to work through these issues, it still caused a headache for me. For what should've been a simple job (original est was $1200), it turned into a bit of a minor fiasco. The cleaned vehicle was a nice surprise.

Jayson, Pamela and the rest of the staff at the 32nd St. location were extremely professional and made certain that the repair was done perfectly, even to the point of having me return when the fit of my rear bumper was off a smidge. Their catch, not mine. Professionalism can sometimes be efficient and cold. This was not the case at this location. Everyone I came in contact with was very friendly and helpful. The progress reports were especially appreciated which allowed me to make the necessary changes to my very busy schedule well in of advance of taking delivery. Thanks to all!

Service was Awesome. Pamela at reception made many efforts to accomadate my schedule around my toddler. Also, Kino, was very helpful and professional. Both Pamela and Kino kept me informed as to the status on my vehicle. Overall they are very pleasant and a professional business with great service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them in the future. In closing with the pick-up of my vehicle Randy was very informitive and helpful as well.

Great repair work. Took a few days longer than originally projected but it was worth the wait. Loved the way my Jeep was cleaned outside as well as inside. Keep up the good work. Any other body or glass work I may need in the future, I will be returning to your establishment and will easily recommend other people I know to Boyds. My experience at this location was beyond excellent even from the moment I walked in the door and the receptionist greeted me. I originally had my truck booked into a different autobody shop that my insurance company had on their approved imaging shops list however their lack of customer service and honesty was appalling, therefore I called this Boyd Autobody location and they were able to accomodate my repairs in a timely fashion so as I did not incur any additional charges on my rental vehicle. Not only did I receive updates through the entire process but in the end my truck was totally detailed inside and out. I definately will and already have reccommended this autobody shop to my friends. Thanks for a great job.

I am writting because I was so VERY impressed with not only the quality of work that was done to my vehicle but also because of the AMAZING service and friendly staff. We came in and they were friendly right away, checked out my vehicle and gave us a quote with in minutes. Then we were told they would be able to get it done with in few hours. Because I needed to be home for my kids they then got another staff member to give myself and my youngest son a ride home, which was all the way in the FAR NW. VERY impressive, I have never experienced such great and friendly service. Then when my car was done they were willing to come and pick me up to get my car (even with as far as I live from them) or deliver it to me, I was totally shocked at the lengths they were willing to go to help out their customer. I cannot say enough good things about ... this place and their services. We will definatly go there again if/when we need any furure repairs/services done and will definetly recommend then to other people. I droped my car off Oct. 12, 2012 to have hail and driver rocker panel replaced, Car was ready for pick up Oct. 19, 2012. Parts were broken when being removed, there was more damage to car after repairs were fixed.
