We are really happy with the work Boyd Autobody did fixing the hit and run damage in side of our car. On the other hand, I don't know what happened on Monday after they called us in the morning to let us know that the car would be ready later that day and they would call us back when we can pick it up. We didn't get the call till Wednesday. Would have been nice if they had called us to let us know it wasn't going to be ready on Monday. Customer service was really pleasant and professional. We would go back there if we need work done in our vehicles.

Unbelievably GREAT service this is the second vehicle that they've repaired for me and ill never go anywhere else, they work quickly but still take pride in their quality work, my car was done a few days earlier than I had expected and was in getting detailed after it was finished! It blew my mind, they take great care of their customers any body or glass repair should be done by this location, you will not be disappointed

"I was referred to Boyd's Body shop for repairs to my car and made an appointment for repairs to my vehicle. An estimate was done and an appointment was made including car rental. I dropped my car and a couple of days later I received a phone call from them with an update on the progress of my repairs and then another call informing me my car was completed. Arriving at the shop I was shocked at the outstanding job they did to my vehicle "it looked brand new" they took the time to detail it and I was extremely pleased. I wish the the thx all of the staff and skilled workers who worked hard as a team to make this possible. Wrong bumper ordered , had to wait 2 weeks. Once bumper arrived work done on a timely matter. Customer service and understanding made the process allot smother . Great job on my car.

Took my girlfriend's Dodge Caliber here for body repair on the front end, after a collision. Found the people that I was in contact with at the Boyd Autobody, to be very friendly, and kept me up to date with the status of my vehicle while it was in for repairs. When I went to pick up the car after receiving notice it was ready, I was very impressed with the workmanship and effort put into fixing the car. It looked brand new. Furthermore, I was also pleasantly surprised when I opened the door and saw that they had done a complete cleaning of the interior as well. Something that they didn't have to do, yet did anyway. One of the employee's, named Jason explained all the work they did to restore it to its original condition, and was polite and friendly , and answered any questions I had. I was pleased with the services, everybody was very friendly. My car took a little longer then what was estimated however I had to go back because I found a part left in the trunk of my car. But when I took it in I was taken in right away.

First of all I would like to say that Pamela is excellent at the front. Not only is she a genuinely friendly person, but she is efficient and professional and goes above and beyond. Discount rentals was creating a huge headache for me and she went and tracked down a manager to fix the problem and made sure I was taken care of. As for the repairs, I've only had the car back one day but it looks great! Thanks a bunch! It was a painless process to go about getting the repairs done. I found it to be a high class auto body shop!

They were fabulous! The car has less than 7300 km on it. I expected the outside of the car to be repaired, but they made the car brand new again, both inside and out. They even got the 20 year old vinyl floor mats that we use looking new!
