Was 100% satisfied with the service I received at this location. Paxton Mann was very helpful and friendly. He was able to get my car in and out while I waited and did an excellent job of getting the scratches buffed out of my new car. Will definitely go back to this location!

I recently had my car into the above Boyds for a new from bumper. Randy and I did an inspection before I left with the car and I was not happy with the way the bumper fit. Randy agreed and made the necessary calls etc. to have it replaced. I picked the car up last week and I was very pleased with the new bumper. I found both Randy and Charity at the above Boyds very pleasant and accomodating. Please make sure that they are commended for their excellent customer service.

I just wanted to let you know how pleased I was with the professional and wonderful service I received from Ashley Dacosta each time I called into Boyd\'s. From the first time I spoke with her on the phone, she was courteous, professional, upbeat, and very personable. Ashley was always willing to find an answer to my questions. Based upon my dealings with Ashley, I would recommend my friends and co-workers to that specific Boyd\'s location. I also had the chance to speak with Lila Roth, the office manager. She took the time out of her day (at the end of the day on a Friday) to sit and speak with me in the waiting area while my car was being cleaned. Lila was empathetic, and it was a nice feeling to know that somebody was there to listen to my concerns. The staff at Boyd\'s were very accommodating, and helpful.
