After a little "glitch" with an after market molding that did not fit properly, Emma immediately contacted the insurance company for authorization to order the OEM molding that fit perfectly. Amazing what happens when you attach parts that are actually manufactured for the vehicle that they are being attached to, isn't it? Boyd's went above and beyond the call of duty and did everything that they promised to do in a timely fashion. Excellent customer service.

My experience general manager Lance and staff was great to deal with. Received a estimate what was needed to be done for repair was well explained. After competition of truck body repair, they went over the job done to my pleasant surprise they washed the truck and detailing job inside. Thank you to all who worked on repairing, staff and manager. Very pleased.

My car was sideswiped in a parking lot and the other driver left without leaving any contact information. Needless to say I was extremely upset. After speaking with Jason by phone about the scrapes on the side of my car, he suggested that I stop by and he would take a look. After carefully assessing the damage, he excused himself, came back with an assortment of tools of the trade and fixed it right there in the parking lot !! He was polite, professional and very pleasant as well as extremely skilled. When I asked what the charge was he said "Nothing, it's free". I was blown away by his generosity !! These days it is extremely rare to find such excellent customer service and quality work. I just wanted to drop a line to say how happy I am with the service I received from your shop. The ladies in front were helpful and efficient. Right from the beginning till the end. The repairs were done in a very timely fashion and I was notified about the progress. The car looks great after the repairs.And to my surprise I was very pleased to see how clean and nice my car was in the interior. I never expected nor have I ever had a body shop clean so thoroughly inside. The windshield was so clear I thought it was replaced. Thank you again for such great repairs and care. Absolutely fabulous! Had to get my rear windshield replaced. Brought my car in at 8:30 am and was finished before noon. They even cleaned my car inside and out. Very professional and a pleasure to work with. A definite 10/10. Thank you so much!
