Excellent customer service. I really appreciated the updates twice a week (Tues/Thurs). Working in collaboration with a car rental agency (Enterprise) was very helpful as I didn't have to worry about getting to and from the rental place to Boyd. It was nice to have the courtesy ride. Repairs to my vehicle seem sound. Randy spent time to go over all of the repairs with me. It's nice to have the Lifetime Warranty. Thank you.

Hands down the best Autobody repair shop that I have gone to. They were polite and professional while also being able to talk casually about the repair. It was completed and the results are above and beyond what I could have hoped for, they even cleaned off a huge grease stain from the front of my vehicle which I thought was going to take me hours of work. I cannot express how pleased I am.

On one of my vehicle expectations at Brasso Nissan they noted a rusted out hole In the front passenger side floor panel. Brasso requested me go and get an estimate From an Auto Body Shop. I told Brasso that I had dealt with Boyd’s Auto Body for Two previous auto accidents which Boyd’s Auto Body took care of, and which I Was very pleased with the service I had received. Boyd’s Auto Body did an estimate which was faxed to Brasso Nissan at Deerfoot Meadows. My vehicle was booked in at Boyd’s Auto Body for work to start on July 8th 2013. My vehicle was ready for delivery or pick up by Thursday, July 11th 2013. I have to say without a doubt I have always experience 1st class service from Boyd’s Auto Body From coming in for an estimate, customer service, your mechanics, and your staff handle themselves With great professionalism. Awesome work on my pt cruiser bumper. Thank you for the detailing. Only concern was a thumping sound I noticed as I drove away and it turned out to be a bolt in my tire. Still ok but will likely need to replace the tire. 😔 Cheers for now. Gail.

It was so wonderful to be treated so nice by all the staff. This is a switch from my previous experiences in the last year. I had 3 collision claims in the last year with another vehicle. The reception is attentive and I was greeted immediately, the appraisers were awesome and my appointment was when you said it would be and I got my vehicle back when promised. SO EXCELLENT. I will definitely be back and will definitely refer people I know. Thanks so much for the great job and making me feel great about customer service again.
