I would like to tell you that I had the best service I have ever had on June 28, 2017 at your Dudley St. office. My CRV rear window was smashed which I discovered on the am of my daughter 's Gr12 convocation. The men were so nice, so helpful, solved all the problems, gave me a courtesy car and had the work done by the end of the day. They were both amazing. I can't thank them enough for helping me.

My truck window was smashed so some jerk could steal $2 from my truck. An awesome start to a Winnipeg vacation. The silver lining to this incident was that it happened the day before July 1 and I was able to get my truck into Boyd at 9 am and back at 12. The two girls that were working were very friendly and I got my truck back perfectly clean shape. There was smashed glass everywhere and they even got the glass out of th inside of the seat belt clicky thing. Great job. Thank you very much for not making a bad situation worse but instead giving me my truck back in better shape then it was. One suggestion. Have a person who can match up aftermarket tint.

Our very first experience with Boyd turned out to be extremely positive. We accepted the vehicle on completion of the repairs. Upon further examination at home we found two minor flaws and we felt we should bring it to someone's attention. We fully expected resistance, as we had accepted the completion. To our pleasant surprise, the young man, Tom B., very pleasantly informed us that the flaws will be promptly rectified. We are very impressed with his attitude and professionalism. He is an asset to Boyd Autobody. In addition, we are impressed with Yvonne, the receptionist.

My recent experience at Boyd with production Manager Warren P. and customer service representative Katelyn G. was wonderful. They both went way above and beyond . The work on my car was expert ,as usual, but Warren in his communication with auto PAC re the nature of the damage was hugely helpful. They are both professional, clear and personable. Can't say enough about what a pleasure it is to work with them.
