My recent experience at Boyd with production Manager Warren P. and customer service representative Katelyn G. was wonderful. They both went way above and beyond . The work on my car was expert ,as usual, but Warren in his communication with auto PAC re the nature of the damage was hugely helpful. They are both professional, clear and personable. Can't say enough about what a pleasure it is to work with them.

I came into Boyd Autobody on Scurfield on Friday, May 5 to get information about getting my driver side window replaced. I was feeling overwhelmed and upset with the events leading up to coming into Boyd. I dealt with Brian and he made me feel a lot better. He took care of everything and did it in such a friendly manner. He offered to vacuum the glass and put on a piece of plastic until my appt on Monday which really helped put me at ease. Even if this is your policy (to vacuum and put on the plastic), Brian still made me feel like a valued customer. I would definitely come back again and recommend your company, specifically this location, to family and friends. On a side note, my husband picked up the vehicle on Monday and dealt with someone named Ed. My husband thought the customer service was excellent as well. Thank you!

The guys in the office were super friendly and hard working. There was a big mix-up with my claim, but they sorted everything out for me. Ontop of that the repairs done on my car were spot on.

Boyd really put great customer service into collision repair. Warren and Katelyn were friendly and efficient. They made me feel like a valued customer right from the time I walked into Boyd until the repairs were completed. The courtesy car was appreciated, but before the repairs were done I needed a van. They went beyond by renting me a brand new van, all complimentary of Boyd, to meet my needs. The repair job was awesome and my vehicle was cleaner both inside and out than when I dropped it off. I would highly recommend them.
