I was very happy with my service. Moon Goo K. explained everything to me and was very pleasant. The technician, Mitch K. did a super job on replacing my windshield and noticed wiper blades in my front seat. He offered to put them on for me and I was super grateful being a woman who has to do everything now that my husband suffered a stroke and used to do the things that needed to be done on the car. Brian W. was very helpful and just a nice guy and smiled a lot. Kootoes to everyone at Boyds on Scurfield. Oh and I even got to see the color of my car because it was washed. Thanks so much

I am not good at English, but I can meet one staff (MOONGU K.) who speak same language in shop. I could be explained everything by him with same language . It made me so comfortable and credit to shop. And all staffs are so kind and smiling. thanks.

The customer service was wonderful. We were received with a warm smile and greetings. We felt very welcome. The receptionist Amy was very pleasant.. She introduced herself and asked what we needed. We also introduced ourselves and ask to speak with Miguel. Who is the manager. She asked to have a seat while she went to look for him on the shop floor. Amy returned with Miguel, who introduced himself and our hands. I told him what my problem was and he said that he would help find a favorable solution. I was having problem with MPI, and he got the help I needed to repair my broken glass for my Nissan Sunroof. I was there on a Wednesday and the following Wednesday I took my car in I got my car at 4pm that same day. I was provided with a car at no extra charge. The service was excellent and very efficient. My Dodge Caravan needed some repair work after a side door panel/casement became loose. The staff members at Boyd Autobody were courteous and helpful, and they understood exactly what I wanted.The technician at Boyd Autobody quickly completed the repairs while I waited (about 30 mins), and they did not charge me anything for the repair work. I am very satisfied with the repair work, and the overall experience. Highly recommended.

I was extremely pleased from the first time I walked in to the office till I picked up my vehicle a few days later. Teresa was professional, helpful and efficient. Everything that I was told made sense. When I dropped of my vehicle for front window replacement a few days later (weekend in between), I asked the gentleman (don't know name) who greeted me at the door if they could by any chance install my rear blinker light. He said they would try. I picked up my vehicle a few hours later. The windshield looked perfect. My car was sparkling, inside and out. My rear blinker bulb had been replaced. Overall just an excellent experience. I believe the person who took care of my car was Curt. Many, many thanks.

The front desk staff were very knowledgeable about the repairs required and pleasant to talk with, they had a rental SUV lined up for me when I arrived to drop my off my SUV. It only took 2 days to complete the work required and a job well done. My interactions with the staff was quick and delightful and they had me on my way quickly. Thanks for the great service.

I just want to thank Teresa and Michael for their amazing customer service. Teresa played no small part in really helping the paperwork get going as I was having issues with MPI. Her vast knowledge made the process go by much quicker than had I done it alone. Michael also offered practical advice and was available to answer any question I had during the process. Thanks so much both of you! If I could give you 6 out of 5 stars I easily would!

Customer relations were outstanding! Warren the shop manager and Katelyn front desk ,went over and beyond making my 6 claims go smoothly ((dealing with MPI and re opening claims that were closed etc) and kept me up to date with phone calls on the progress of my truck. Warren took me in the back to show me how the work was coming along and answered every question and completed every request I had. They even put on mudflaps that I just purchased with no additional cost. Getting your vehicle repaired is usually a very stressful time for some but this experience made me worry free. Not only did they supply me with a courtesy car for free, the final result and workmanship they put into my truck was superb. The quality of service all around was 100% satisfaction. My truck looks like it came directly off the sales floor when I first purchased it ... brand new. Even the paint warranty is better than my purchased warranty from the dealership! I was very pleased and amazed at the exceptional service Teresa had provided to me. My glass front driver window was shot at and I was upset and a big mess. She was supportive and understanding. She got me in right away and ensured I had my vechile fixed at back the next day! My family & I are so thankful for this prompt, friendly service I received from your staff member! She was pleasant, efficient & had depth knowledge on the process. Good customer service is hard to come by now a days and Teresa has proved that there are still excellent ppl out there! We will tell our family & friends about this positive experience we received!
