The work was done more quickly than I was promised; the rental car was available, as promised, when I dropped off my car; a very pleasant young man helped me transfer a large package from my car to the rental car; everyone was efficient and friendly.

The plan was to leave on vacation in the morning. But thanks to an active grandchild, the mirror was knocked off the windshield of our 25 year old VW camper van several days ago. I just happened to be cycling by Boyd Autobody and Glass on Pembina and decided to check them out. As I entered, a staff member immediately asked how he could help. I stated my problem, and was instructed to bring in the vehicle. Within a few minutes I was back at Boyd's with the vehicle, and the young lady at the front desk asked for the keys. She hopped in the van, drove it into a bay, and it was being attended to within minutes. No waiting, whatsoever! It then dawned on me that I should ask for a ball park figure of the cost of repairs. I walked in on a Friday after lunch. The rearview mirror came off of my windshield, and I was heading out on the highway to the lake. There was no way I would have been able to go if this wasn't taken care of! All the staff at this location were AMAZING!! They didn't even bat an eye!! The staff in the front end immediately went to get the right person to do the job, and do it right away! I was in and out within 10 minutes! 10 MINUTES!!! Then, to impress me even more, when I asked how much this amazing service was going to cost me, they said that it was no problem, and to have a great weekend!! UNBELIEVABLE!! I am so glad that I stopped in here!! I will definitely be bringing any windshield or autobody repairs to this fantastic group of people!! From this small gesture, you've got a customer for life!! Thank you!

My Mazda 5 was vandalized yesterday the day before I was to leave for SK to visit my ill elderly mother. When I phoned, Michael listened carefully and assured me that if I could get there before 1100 the job could be done today. I made a couple of more phone calls and then made my way to Boyd as you were the only ones who could do the job today. Both Adam and Michael were understanding and facilitated getting the Mazda fixed today by immediately ordering the window. I was treated with respect and empathy which made the stressful situation much easier. When I came to pick up the car, Michael made sure that everything was done to my satisfaction. I would like to tell you that I had the best service I have ever had on June 28, 2017 at your Dudley St. office. My CRV rear window was smashed which I discovered on the am of my daughter 's Gr12 convocation. The men were so nice, so helpful, solved all the problems, gave me a courtesy car and had the work done by the end of the day. They were both amazing. I can't thank them enough for helping me.

My truck window was smashed so some jerk could steal $2 from my truck. An awesome start to a Winnipeg vacation. The silver lining to this incident was that it happened the day before July 1 and I was able to get my truck into Boyd at 9 am and back at 12. The two girls that were working were very friendly and I got my truck back perfectly clean shape. There was smashed glass everywhere and they even got the glass out of th inside of the seat belt clicky thing. Great job. Thank you very much for not making a bad situation worse but instead giving me my truck back in better shape then it was. One suggestion. Have a person who can match up aftermarket tint.

Our very first experience with Boyd turned out to be extremely positive. We accepted the vehicle on completion of the repairs. Upon further examination at home we found two minor flaws and we felt we should bring it to someone's attention. We fully expected resistance, as we had accepted the completion. To our pleasant surprise, the young man, Tom B., very pleasantly informed us that the flaws will be promptly rectified. We are very impressed with his attitude and professionalism. He is an asset to Boyd Autobody. In addition, we are impressed with Yvonne, the receptionist.

Damage to my car left it at almost a right-off. Repairs took slightly longer that expected due to scarcity of parts. Results were better than I had hoped. Hats off to Estimator Steve and Jesse in the office. Couldn't have been more pleased. Thanks again.
