Just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to Mike and Gord for helping me out when I was on my way to work and along the way got a flat tire, not to mention, in the same day, jammed my trunk door that morning, so not only did they put the spare on for me they also fixed my trunk. They were both exceptional and so friendly that I didn't end up being late for work. Can't say thank you enough for all that you have done, I will for sure be doing all my business with them from now on. :)

This place is amazing for fast and amazing work but most of all the great people there! Took my parents vehicle for a bumper repair, my boyfriends vehicle for a windshield replacement and both times the staff were attentive and so kind. Even took my vehicle in to repair a bent running board the same day it happened! Thank you guys so much for your help....I'm sure we will see you soon the way we bang up cars! I'm so very grateful.

Attentive service. Polite and helpful staff. Prompt attention to my questions and concerns. Very short wait. Job well done - glass window repaired very well. Looked as though it never was broken. Complimentary car wash. The day I first brought car in to be assessed, staff vacuumed glass off seat without my even asking and placed protective plastic over broken window. Made a difference in driving in the winter.

Rob and Jeremy were excellent front line people. I really felt that they had my interests at heart. I received calls almost immediately asking if I needed assistance with a car rental. That was arranged promptly by Jeremy. My vehicle had been towed to compound and was not seen by an adjuster for a number of days. Jeremy called immediately as soon as they received my car. I was called twice weekly with updates. I picked up my vehicle today and am completely satisfied with the outcome. The car was clean inside and out. Congratulations Pembina Boyd Autobody Team for your fine service. I will not hesitate to recommend your business.

I accidentally backed out of the garage and broke my side mirror. I emailed Boyd that evening and had an appointment for the next day already! Rob Burns took down my info, gave me the options and costs and said that I could have it installed within a few days! I scheduled an appointment around my work and they called to confirm and insure me that they had the part, they even helped me out GREATLY by recycling the cover so it minimized my cost. Rob and his staff were amazing. When I arrived I expected to be there a few hours but within 20 minutes they were totally done! THANKS FOR THE AWESOME SERVICE!! I will be certain to pass my recommendation along to my friends!!

My visit at BOYD on Pembina Hwy was very pleasant! As soon as I walked in I was approached by Jason, I explained to him the reason for my visit, he quickly then took a look at the car and told me to come back later that day to pick it up! When I came to pick up the car, surprisingly the car was also washed and cleaned inside and out! the problem for my visit was taken care off as well! Overall, the staff were very friendly and the service was very fast and definetly beyond my expectations! Next time I have a problem, I sure know where to go!
