I came in with an odd request -- my rear view mirror had fallen off its base on the windscreen and I didn't know if it could be cemented back on or if I needed a new mirror. I received immediate attention, the problem was diagnosed, a solution was proposed, and when it turned out my vehicle had to be housed in the shop for a few hours, was given a ride to and from work to pick up the vehicle later in the day. This was also done gratis, which made my day! Thanks to Jeremy for making all the arrangements and helping me out.

Exceptional service, and given the opportunity to go the extra mile, they were on it like white on rice. I previously had a Boyd repair at the portage ave location which was not completed properly, the headlights were lose and not clipped in right. When i asked if they could look into the problem They not only looked they fixed and said have a nice day. They fit my schedule and provided excellent Boyd product support, couldn't ask for more, will use this location for all my auto needs and would recommend it. My service person was the best of the best, if you had 10 of him still wouldn't be enough.

They both are very knowledgeable staff at Boyd and take prompt action regarding auto repair concerns. Its a very competitive industry and sometimes tough to find a company that has a staff that are so courteous and helpful to customers. I will definitely recommend Boyd to my friends and family. Oh My Goodness! Thank-you so much! My daughter's wedding is right around the corner and I was, rushing around to finish last minute plans, I accidentally grazed the side of my car backing up out of the garage......Such bad timing and SO embarrassing! I stopped by Boyd to see what could be done, there is a minor scrape and tiniest of dents which I will have deal with when money is more available.......but what I am so grateful for is they took some paint remover and removed the horrific evidence of my embarrassing mistake for no charge! I need the car to be used for the wedding and only if you inspected very closely you could see the scratch and tiny dent! You saved me Boyd, thanks to Jeremy and the Boyd Pembina Highway Location!
