I had heard that this location has mechanical service and called to see if I could bring my car in for a routine oil change. They did, great! I brought my car in and dropped it off and when they called to say it was ready I went to pick it up, as I work near by. When I picked it up I was very surprised to see that it had been washed and the interior was detailed. I was not expecting that from a routine oil change. I'll be making sure to tell everyone I know about what great service I received from Boyd.

I took my car into Boyd on Tuesday for a rear bumper and passenger rear door problems. I received a telephone call on Thursday telling me my car was in the paint shop. On Friday I picked up my car and I could not see where any of the work was done. It looked better than new - perfect. The persons I dealt with acted in a professional and helpful manner. They knew their jobs and knew the answers to my questions. It was a pleasure doing business with them and I would suggest Boyd Autobody to any person I know that needed their services. Thank you

Boyd provided great service, and customer service. The staff that work there are very courteous and thorough in explaining what's necessary to complete the job fully, and in a timely manner. They make you feel like you and your car matter and you aren't just "another number". They provided me with their courtesy car which was great and very convenient. When I received a call saying my car was ready, I picked it up the same day! It was a great experience, and the body work on my car looks like it did before the accident. Thank you so much!

My vehicle got towed to Boyd on King Edward, and i have to say that they were really quick on ordering the parts and repairing my vehicle, the customer service is a good reason why i bring my vehicles to Boyd to be repaired. I also really like that they do updates every couple days, makes it easier when they call me and i don't have to call to find out about my vehicle. The staff is very friendly and fun to talk to. After my experience with Boyd I will always be returning to get work done, and i would recommend Boyd to my friends and family.

What can I say? I have always heard Boyd Autobody was the place to go for great work, heard that for years. But this was my first time with them and their reputation preseeds them. I dropped my truck off for an insurance claim at 12:30 on a Friday, they had my courtesy car waiting for me the staff was very friendly and said I would be getting updates on my truck on Tuesdays and Thursdays. At work my co-workers were asking me how long would it take to fix? and I was like well its the weekend kinda of a write off for starting new work on a truck when there were probably others needing the final touches. Monday they called offered a better plan then what the insurance company would cover I said go for it. Tuesday morning they called me again saying the parts are in and they are working on my truck. It is now Wednesday morning, my truck is ... ready and waiting for me! I head down and pick up my truck, she is spotless full detailed wash inside and out floor mats vacuuming dash cleaned everything, not to mention the work was perfect not a single blemish can be seen! After years of knowing their quality work they put into their cars I finally have my own first hand experience and I will always go to Boyd for any body work from this day forward. I had a great experience dealing with this location . They had a car ready for me when I dropped off my car for the repairs. The repairs were fantastic, the car looked brand new especially because they detailed the car inside and out.I would definitely deal with Boyd Autobody again if I ever need this kind of work done.I would give them 5 out of 5 stars

i recently had some repair work done at boyd autobody and wanted to let you know how pleased i was with the work and the way i was treated. the staff especially jennifer c. made me fell welcome as soon as i walked in the door i did not have to wait and feel out of place she acted friendly, was helpful and altho the claim that was submitted was not worth thousands of dollars i di indeed feel that i was treated as a valuable customer thankyou so much for this and i will be sure to encourage any of my friends, family and co-workers to your company for further business.

I came in on April 1, 2014 becuase the corner of my front bumper had accidentily popped out. I'd had my vehicle serviced at this location before, so I knew that the staff would be helpful. Kristen Single answered advised me to come in and that she ould have a look at it for me. Once I got there, she did not hesitate to make me feel welcomed and help me with my vehicle. Kristen is a great person, with a bubbly personally and I was lucky that she was there to help me. This location does some great work and you're lucky to have her on your team.
