Great service provided by the team at King Edward St. in Winnipeg! We had our vehicle in for body work in the summer because of a minor accident and were very pleased with the work done. We were even more pleased when months later a problem came up around where the work was done. The front line staff quickly and efficiently looked up the past work order and suggested I leave the car for them to have another look. Anier K. listened carefully to my concerns and was willing to see if they could help. In no time at all the service technicians were able to solve the problem that 2 other service people elsewhere could not! I drove away with a repaired and clean car! I was very impressed by everyone that I dealt with. They were all helpful, attentive and friendly. So great to see good customer service still exists! I hope I don't need any body ... work done again on my vehicle, but if I do, I will return to Boyd. Thank you again very much Anier and your team! read more

Anier and his team did an excellent job. They provided a courtesy car which was really helpful and kept me updated on the car's repair status. They've been friendly since day1 until i got the car back. They even went the extra mile and did some stuff that were not part of the claim. Made sure the car was clean inside and out and it smelled good too. Keep up the good work guys.

Employees are very customer oriented, the service was fast and on-time, and with extra services that would entice customer to come back like cleaning your vehicle inside and out before pick-up, and polishing small dents so that your vehicle would look nice and presentable.Your services are really worth referring to other customers! During a very difficult time my Mom's car was broken into. Since she was in the hospital, coordinating repairs with the insurance company for an out of province insurance claim and the auto body shop had it's challenges. The super staff at Boyd Autobody & Glass were very kind and extremely helpful in facilitating the process. We are very pleased with the repairs which were completed quickly. Totally grateful for the great customer service given to us from Boyd Autobody & Glass!!

The staff that phoned me to update me on the progress of my repair were very pleasant, very helpful. When I received my car, it was clean and the repair was well done. The car looks great . it was very fast n easy. loved the detailing inside and out when I picked it up. Had asked for them to replace the rear brakes but was told they just needed alittle cleaning and that they still had lots of life. yay ..For picking up my car I told them I worked 12 hour shifts, the manager offered to open early so I wouldn't miss time at work . Very impressed :)

I have used Boyd twice in the past and have been satisfied with the service. This week the rocker panel came off my Magnum. Aniei, ( manager ) said if I got the clips Boyd would install for no charge. i got them today and within 10 minutes of going to Boyd the panel was put back on. This is exceptional service and I feel it needs to be recognized. Boyd is my dealer of choice and will tell all where to take their car for body repairs.
