It's the fourth time (!) we've used Boyd for accidents involving people backing into us (!) and with this last time, as always, Boyd's service has been efficient and thorough. I am always heartened when I pick up the car and find it's been cleaned and vacuumed in the interior. Such a treat.

I needed a windshield repair after getting a stone chip while travelling through to BC. I phoned in the morning and they invited me to come that morning. After 45 minutes, the vehicle was ready. The stone chip cracking no longer showed and the vehicle exterior had been washed. To top it off, they didn't charge me for the repair. Thank-you Boyd!

The quality of work done was superior. I have spoken highly of Boyd's service & quality of workmanship to people I know. WOW! Boyd Autobody went above and beyond for me this past week. Not only are the staff warm, friendly and professional, but they explained everything I needed to know about my repair and answered all my questions. When I went to pick my car up, I was impressed with the seamless work and to top it all off, Boyd went the extra mile by touching up some damage that I hadn't expected them to repair. A fantastic experience and thank you to everyone at Boyd!!

Boyd's service was honest, friendly and efficient. I was given the use of a Boyd's loaner car while my own car was being repaired. Despite the longer than usual time for repairs, the delay was due to suppliers sending the needed parts for the car. The damaged parts were repaired as good as new :)

Being involved in a collision triggers enough stress factors on its own, never mind going through the "getting your car repaired" process. At Boyd Autobody I can unequivocally say there was absolutely zero stress. My initial appointment was a smooth, 20minute process, and bringing my car in for the actual repair was too easy to even think about complaining. I arrived, spent 5 minutes there, the rental car was ready and off I went. The next morning I had my car and there was no indication it had been in an accident. Beautiful work. Friendly staff. Off I went. I don't suggest having an accident to experience this terrific service, but if you do have one, then Boyd Autobody & Glass is where you want to go for your repairs. Great Experience overall. Thanks so much.

The Boyd Autobody & Glass team came through for me. Simple assessment process, arranged for rental car replacement, did great work, handled all the paperwork with insurance. Car was ready on-time and looks as if my incident never happened. I'll be back, hopefully not, but maybe.
