Boyd was very professional and efficient regarding the repairs I needed to have done on my Mazda CX-3. This was the very first time I've ever had something quite big happen to my vehicle, and adding to the fact that it's brand new, so it was a really stressful time, and I really appreciate the staff at Boyd for taking the time to explain everything to me, and how efficient they were in taking care of my vehicle. I managed to put some scratches on the fender of my red convertible Toyota Solara. I received a quote from one shop of over $700.00 to do the repair. I went to Boyd and they suggested rather than the full meal deal they could first try buffing and touching up the affected area. Well, it worked really well and saved me a bundle so I will be making a beeline for Boyd should I need more body or glass work on our vehicles. Thank you Boyd.

March 31/2017 I recently had my Honda Odyssey Van repaired at Boyd Autobody in Victoria BC for a significant amount of front end damage. My insurance company had recommended this company to me. I was very pleased to discover that the service was professional and courteous and the repair work was done promptly and efficiently. They did provide a comfortable newer model courtesy vehicle which I used throughout the repair period. Regarding my Odyssey van, it was over 10 years of age, and there was some question if the residual vehicle value as estimated by the insurance company would be less than the cost of repair. Regardless, as it turned out, much to my satisfaction, I have my vehicle back in excellent repair and good working condition. When my insurance company recommended Boyd to me, I wondered why they would recommend this particular ... company. One thing they did point out to me was the Lifetime Guarantee regarding the repairs that were done. Perhaps they have other reasons of there own, but I will say, I found my experience with this Boyd location and the people I encountered to be as straight forward and uncomplicated as could be expected after an unfortunate accident. In summary, if you do happen to deal with this location, I hope they will treat you as well as they did me. Yes, I would recommend this shop to my friends, but in honesty I would add that it is the only encounter I have had with Boyd. Luckily, I have had very few accidents, and I hope it stays that way. read more
