They did a great job on the repair for the bumper. I had work done there a few times and always happy with the result. The office staff were very helpful with the ICBC claim and explaining the repair. Thank you very much for not only washing the outside of the car they also cleaned the inside. I am pleased with their service.

I have had 3 repairs done at Boyd on John st it has been very professional and the repairs have been exceptionally well done. The office staff (Michelle ) is highly professional and exceptionally knowledgable making an unpleasant task easy and non stressful. The car was return very clean and nothing was over looked to make it look like show room condition when i picked it up. The estimator Glenn check all details to make sure it was done to perfection. My sister took her borrowed RV into the Boyd location on john street. the RV had a scratch down the side that required buffing out. in a short time the staff had the scratch buffed out AT NO CHARGE. Thank you to the john street location for taking care of my sister's scratch. I highly recommend this Boyd location for the professional service with quality results.

"I have just had a great experience in your Victoria, B.C. shop. My wife and I had just got back from a road trip that cover most of the Alaska Hwy, top to bottom of B.C. and with a stop in Alaska. When we arrived home after 4,000 kms, we needed a little help. Glen, the manager, was my first contact, and he went above and beyond to make my experience good. He took the time to explain everything to me, including what a great job he had with this company. He was so enthusiastic, it rubbed off on me. After we had completed all the work, I asked him who he would recommend to "detail" my Lexus. He said that his crew would do such a great job that I would think it was professionally detailed,... and it was! The administrator at the front counter, Michelle, was also pleasant and professional. It wasn't too busy, so we had a little ... time to talk. At my advanced age, talking to a young attractive woman is always a treat. When there was business to be done though, she was on the job. This is what customer service should be!! From the moment i walked through the door and was greeted by Michelle, who quickly looked up my claim info, to Glenn who assessed, took pictures and did the estimate in short order, back over to Michelle who got me into a courtesy car and back on the road in less than 30 minutes! To top it off the car was ready when they said!!! Would recommend to family and friends!

Special thanks to Jammie, the 'pre an post 'cleaning guy, and the efficient profession receptionist/admin girl.
