"This is the second time I have had to come to Boyd. The service was quick, friendly and the whole process was hassle free. They even washed my car and cleaned it inside, as a bonus. The receptionist was very welcoming and the sales rep was great at explaining all of the work that was going to be completed, as well as provide multiple quotes for various repairs. The first time I visited was a case of "above and beyond." I ended up requiring a part instead of a repair and opted to fix it myself. The sales rep, even though she knew there would be no business at that moment, provided me the place to get the part. To top it off, when I got my car back after they had looked at it, they has vacuumed all of the glass out and taped up my window! From the moment I brought my damaged car to Boyd for the initial estimate until the moment I picked up my perfectly repaired car, I received outstanding service. Everybody I met at Boyd Autobody was friendly, courteous, and super helpful. From wiping the scrape marks off my car at the time of the initial estimate to making me a coffee while I waited for my wife to come and get me, it was clear that customer satisfaction is their top priority. And I am a very satisfied customer. Finally, I give my special appreciation to Michele and Jamie who made me feel a lot less bad about having damaged my car!

"I was extremely impressed with the work done on my "wounded" Honda Civic. The Boyd crew were pleasant to deal with, and guided me through my options, resulting in a completely restored vehicle, meticulously detailed inside and out. The personal service was over and above what I expected, and better than I have received anywhere for a very long time. The car looks like new! Thanks especially to Glenn and Michele."

Just wanted to say THANK YOU to all the staff for the highly professional service I received. A special thank you to Michelle who went the extra mile to arrange alternate car arrangements that allowed for me to drop off the rental at the airport and pick it up on the way back (making a family trip that much easier to coordinate). Also, it was SOOO nice to have a spotless clean (inside/out) vehicle back (especially since it wasn't that way when I dropped it off - thanks to kids/soccer/life!). Highly recommend anyone to see this location. Thanks again to all who were involved.

Thanks so much to the folks at Boyd for excellent service. I had my driver's side window repaired. They not only did a great job on the repair, they also looked into a couple of other issues I mentioned to them. And the service was great. It was wonderful to have the courtesy car and the staff stayed a couple of minutes late so I could return it at the end of my day. They made everything very easy for me and that is why I will use them again and recommend them to others.

Absolutely wonderful service. These guys/girls were very professional and helpful. They took the time to explain everything. Boyd provided a loaner car while I waited to get my car looked at. Wish my car hadn't been a write off as I'm sure they would have done a great job fixing it. Definitely know where I will go next time when I need an auto body or glass shop! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family/friends!

The work and staff were great, took a little longer to finish because the parts were a problem but I am glad they made sure everything fitted correctly. I have had work done elsewhere that did not care about the fit enough and it showed. I will recommened Boyd, especially this location any time I am asked about body work, they also have best receptionist around. Cheers, Peter

I was given a "loaner" for the day, which was immaculately clean, a service certainly above and beyond one experiences frequently today. The repair was completed on schedule, correctly. WOW!! I can't say enough about my experience at Boyd Autobody in Victoria. My car's front end was a write-off when it was towed to their facility. 10 days later, I had it back looking like new, as well as having been thoroughly detailed inside and out. All the while, I had use of one of their Toyota loaners which was handy and fuel efficient. Everyone (and I do mean that literally) from Michelle in the front office to the office manager to the body repairmen were the BEST I have ever had when having my car repaired ANYWHERE. All the paperwork btn ICBC and them was seamless and ALWAYS ready for review with a smile and a personal touch; the manager took the time to explain the engineering behind car panel manufacturing, crash testing and collision repair; the repair technician took the time to talk about the new paint and some invaluable ... read more
