The receptionist at the Victoria location was excellent! She was helpful and courteous! The repair was done well, and the staff even replaced stickers that I had on my windsheild. Also I contacted Boyd Autobody (my hometown) for suggestion and the receptionist, Denise Chassie, was outstanding, warm and helpful! She was informative, knowledgable and easy to talk to! I wish I was still living in Red Deer, only to have her to help me if I ever have autobody trouble with my car again. You should give her a raise!

Excellent work on repairing the door, I couldn't even tell anything had ever happened. However, in the process of repairing my door the rear bumper was scratched on the far left and right side. But Boyd wanting to give me the best repair job made sure to fix it and for that I will recommend you guys to everyone I know! Thanks again for the great work.

The Repairs to my roof, and the replacement of my front window was done quickly and efficiently. I enjoyed the use of the 2012 Toyota Camry ,while the work was being done on my car. Service was awesome! I went to pick up my car yesterday at the end of the day and got stuck in traffic. The staff all waited past closing time for me to get there. The repairs to my vehicle were immaculate and my car was freshly cleaned inside and out. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I have also taken my car to the Boyd on Sooke Road - when a poor deer had ran into the side of my van - and they are equally as good!
