I would like to commend robin S.on his work. He was thorough and efficient. The car came back when he said it would. There were no setbacks and his idea of the cost was right in the ball park. I have seen Mr S. a couple of times for my car. He is always pleasant and most importantly makes something like a car accident less arduous. Mr S. knows his work and makes sure all the details are taken care of. My highest commendations.

He is courteous knowledgeable and his work s always done on time and his estimates have always in range of the receipt of the final bill. Having a car accident is difficult enough. Having someone like Robyn help you through it makes the task less onerous. I highly recommend him.

Rose was awesome, I got a bad rock on the way to work, she dropped me back @ the office and had the truck ready by 2pm on the day before I had a long hiway drive. Pickup a cleanly washed truck with detailed floor mats. Nice service!!!

I had a very easy repair that required getting an estimate. I called the list of certified shops and Boyd was the only shop that could do the estimate the same day (other shops were booking min 7-10 days). Boyd ordered the part as soon as they received confirmation from my insurance and the repair was done the same day. That's how it should be done!

Not only does the car look pristine but the customer service provided by Robin and Prince was exceptional. There were a few concerns when I picked up my car, unrelated to the collision, and Robin went above and beyond to make sure the car was safe to drive. I was beyond happy with my services from Boyd. After being really upset about my driver side window being smashed, I brought my car into boyd first thing the next morning. Rose instantly made me feel at ease when I met her as she reassured me my car would be fixed that day. She was so kind and welcoming, it made a huge difference in my day as i didnt feel the need to stress about my car knowing it was in good hands. He and his technicians quickly fixed a chip I had (and informed me that I had already had some chips fixed, saving me money) and got me back on the road in a few minutes.
