Boyd was quick and accurate in their assessment of my broken windshield, prompt and accommodating at handling the repairs. They also were kind enough to wash and vacuum my rather scruffy-looking vehicle before returning it me - exactly when promised. On top of that, they were courteous, pleasant helpful throughout. I could not recommend them more highly.

Once again, Boyd comes to the rescue. I was on my way to Portland and a half hour out of Vancouver when a rock came off a landscape truck and shattered my passenger window. I turned around and brought immediately to Boyd to be fixed. Though I thought I would have to rent a car but Boyd Autobody and Glass said they could have repaired in about 5 hours. I took the offer. Car was ready ahead of schedule and I was on my way to Portland! A bit late but made the end of the festivities and still had a my long weekend to enjoy. A big thank you!!!! This a what a called customer focused service!

Needed a new windshield and a repair on a strip of trim along the side of my car.. Spoke with a man named Prince. He tried himself to glue the trim strip back onto my car , but decided it need to come off, cleaned and then to be glued back on. I okayed that. TO my surprise when I returned to pick up my car Only four hours later everything had been done AND. They washed and vacuumed my car! The service at this Boyd,s is superb. SO friendly, explained everything to me so well. I give these guys 10 stars . I recommend them to everyone. actually the entires staff is friendly, smiling and helpful. IF I ever need repairs again this is where I will immediately go.
