I brought my car into Boyd's regarding some minor damage to the side of my car. The rear passenger door had been pushed in and the door had slightly buckled - part popping out and part caved in. Robin came out and took a look and said he though he could do something. I waited inside for about 10 min and then he called me out to take a look. It is nearly perfect and you'd be hard pressed to know there had been any damage. Robin refused to take any money for his effort, expertise or time. "Just happy I could help." He then offered his opinion on some 'over the counter' products that could help buff out a few minor key scratches near the door handles. What wonderful old-fashioned service. If I get a bigger problem, I know where I'm heading. Thank you!!

On July 6th, I brought my car in for minor repairs due to a rear-ender! The service I received from Robin Soni and his staff was exceptional and beyond efficient. My car was ready ahead of time and I received it back in better than mint condition - repaired and totally cleaned and shiny. I was totally impressed with the level of care and expertise that was extended. It made my day and knowing that service such as this still exists. It will be easy to recommend THIS shop to anyone!!!

This is the third time I have had a fantastic experience at Boyd due to the great customer service, care, and attention from Robyn S. Robyn is the reason I continue to bring my vehicle to Boyd because he goes above and beyond to ensure that my vehicle and I are taken care of. My vehicle was repaired quickly and looked brand new after the repairs. Both Robyn and Edward W. did an excellent job and I am very grateful that they care about providing the very best in customer service. Thank you, Robyn and Edward. Edward was great from start to finish. I received approximately 3 phone calls for the update of my car. Sorry. Missed your call. When the car came back, it was like brand new; fixed with a beautiful car wash. He even offered to fix a small lamp problem which had nothing to do with the accident. Great service, Thank you.

Great service and repaired on time. Robin provides top of the line service. In this day of poor service, it was very refreshing . Would recommend Boyd to all my friends and family. The supplied rent a car was also very good, and no problems, plus they picked me up. When I called to make my original appointment I spoke to Rose in the office , she also was very pleasant and helpful.

I just wanted the management to know what great people work at your shop. I went to your shop to get an estimate for a scratch that was on the driver side of my door. I was extremely upset as it was a brand new car and the scratch was made by someone who broke into our car port and stole something and scratched my car in the process. When I got to your shop, it was closed. Two men were still there working there. Ali asked me if he could help with anything. I told him about my car. He went to take a look at it and asked me to drive it into the shop. He got a cloth and much to my surprise he got rid of the scratch. Somehow he buffed it out. I could not believe it. I was so happy, thrilled actually. He didn't charge me anything for his service. This to me is" First Class Customer Service". Not only have you made me a future ... customer, but have already recommended you to my friends and co-workers. Thank you so very much again!!! The people who worked on my car impressed me because they were very fast with the repair and finished 3 days before the proposed date. Edward, who helped me out the entire time, was such a wonderful guy. I could tell that his clients is his first priority because he cared that I was on my 30 min lunch break everytime I came over to Boyds because the shop and my work schedule collides. Even though the repair was more on the pricey side, the service was excellent. Edward made sure I understood everything and comforted me the entire time since it was my first time coming to an auto shop.

Excellent, friendly service. I've had a few claims over the years that required glass repair due to vandalism. The folks at Boyd have always been prompt, helpful, and friendly. I wouldn't go any place else!

Rose and the team at Boyd did an amazing job replacing my rear window after a break in. Two days before the Easter long weekend and Boyd found the parts and replaced my window the next day. Cleaned out the broken glass and washed the car too! Easy, straightforward, quality repairs and excellent service. Highly recommended.
