I found the staff at the Vancouver Branch very friendly, professional and extremely efficient. I was fortunate that Fred, who happens to be the manager, was on hand when I rolled in my dented Honda Civic. Obviously he leads by example because I found his staff to be very friendly too, in particular his receptionist, Mandy. And so I am not surprised by the exceptional workmanship on the fender and front grill of my Honda Civic. Needless to say, my experience at BOYD Vancouver was a positive one from the beginning to the end. I highly recommend their service!

Thank you for the excellent service. I was in an accident that was no fault of my own and I just felt that Robin made things so easy for me. My car was ready (and cleaned) far more quickly than expected. I would highly recommend this company.

I was very satisfied with the workmanship. I was not able to pick up my car on a Friday as promised and I was most appreciative that the manager, Robin, came in specially on Sat. so that I could have my car for the week-end

The customer service and quality of work were excellent at Boyd Autobody. They replaced my windshield within a couple of hours and did a great job cleaning up the car. The staff are very friendly and gave me a great deal within my budget, even though I didn't have insurance. I would definitely recommend them!

I parked my car on Vancouver Island at a hotel in Campbell River . During the night someone damaged my car with their vehicle and left the scene . My experience with Boyds for the repair was seamless .I . I dropped my car off on a Tuesday morning . It took 1 minute for the paperwork , and my rental car person arrived 30 seconds later . My work was ready ahead of schedule(3 days instead of 4 ) , and my car was clean from front to back. The repair was great . Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Robin, Fred and Rose (and their techs ) did a great job. VIP service at it's best !

Service was fantastic! Robin Soni treated me well through the whole claim process and warranty work. A problem with the first replacement windshield was dealt with without question, and he wanted to make sure that I was inconvenienced as little as possible during the whole process. I would definitely recommend Boyd to family/friends for future work.

The team at Boyd Autobody and glass went above and beyond the call of duty this morning when I arrived at 8 am with a smashed in passenger side window. My car had been parked at the hotel across the street from the Boyd shop and it was broken into while we were away on holiday. Robin Soni was able to coordinate his team to have my car fixed this morning just in time for my family to make our 10:15 ferry reservation! I was very grateful my children and I didn't have to drive all the way to Comox with a smashed window. Thanks so much Robin, the service and speed at which it was completed was amazing and it really made me very happy not to have missed the ferry!

Excellent service and very friendly, helpful staff. They even made sure to pay special attention when vacuuming out my car, which is super appreciated. Robin and Mandy were the two with whom I had the most contact and they were really great and so helpful and nice. Hopefully I never have to come back but if I ever did I would come back here. Had my windows broken on a Thursday. I swung by the shop the same day and spoke with Mandy. She helped me through the process and she had the product ordered for me the next morning to be installed. Fantastic service! I always appreciate a team with a sense of urgency. Thank you Mandy and staff. Not only were they Helpful,Courtious and Prompt. Mandy had me driving back to work and on time.
