My car was in an accidetn and when i called Boyd to set up an appointment they were very accomidating and told me to come in the next day to do an estimate. I received a call that afternoon saying i could bring my car in the next day for repairs and would have it back by the weekend. They were so fast at Boyd on 73rd. The were happy to help and drove me to the rental car compnay to have a car. They even did a follow up call during the day to see if we made it to work ok in the rental. I have never had such great service. Robin Soni was terrifc he did all the following up and made the whole process so easy and smoothly. I would definatley go back.

"I was extremely pleased by the wonderful service that I received from Robin Soni, on Saturday, June 23rd, 2012. I realized that the office was closed on Saturday, but sent an email to Boyd's to inform them of my problem, and that my car was towed away by Busters before I had an opportunity to collect several things from my vehicle. I was NOT comfortable with it being towed to a storage lot. I reported this and all the details in my email. To my surprise a few minutes later I received a call from Robin, who graciously made arrangements to pick up my vehicle and move it for safe keeping to Boyd's location. Being on a Saturday, on short notice, I was relieved and thankful to receive this "above and beyond" service. Fantastic service. I was promised my car by a certain time and they went out of their way to keep that promise. Everybody was helpful and friendly. The job looks great. I would definitely recommend Boyd to any of my friends. We are return customers from years ago when it was Dean Bros.

I'm thoroughly pleased with Robin and his staff! They are a friendly team that do great, prompt work. I left the lot with my car that was fully detailed and repaired. It felt like a new car... I will definitely return to this shop. =)

I brought my vehicle in for an oil/filter change yesterday and needed to have the front passenger-side door assessed for possible repair. I was informed that I might obtain an assessment from Boyd Autobody & glass nextdoor. Without any hesitation, Mr. Robin Soni -Operations Manager - came over to assess matters and upon completion of the servicing brought my car over to his shop for a closer look. The situtation was fixed forthwith and the vehicle washed - all without charge! All of which is to say that it is most gratifying to see that there are still a few companies who actually regard their customers as coming first.

I have been here a couple times before to have repairs done on my car and the service has always been wonderful. My car has been fixed in good time and the customer service has been friendly and professional. Its a great team that works here and I'm glad that I live close by otherwise I may not have chosen this body shop.

I had service done to repair hit and run damage on my bumper. My experience was most enjoyable at this location. The staff were very helpful and enthusiastic; they took pride in their work. My vehicle was returned to me in better condition then when I dropped my vehicle off (the inside was vaccumed and the exterior washed... X2 due a bird that decided to drop a duece on my vehicle just before pick up). The staff attended to all issues that I addressed and they went above and beyond to provide customer satisfaction. I will be using boyd again if I ever have to, specifically this location.

BECAUSE OF ALL THE CRAZY DRIVERS ON THE ROAD I HAVE FOUND MYSELF AT THE West 73rd Avenue REPAIR SHOP A FEW TIMES IN THE LAST SEVERAL YEARS. I HAVE NEVER HAD AYTHING LESS THAN POLITE, HELPFUL, CARING, ENTHUSIASTIC, FRIENDLY AND SINCERE EMPLOYEES LOOK AFTER ME.....AND MY CAR. BOTH OF US ARE VERY HAPPY!!! I RECOMMEND BOYD AUTO BODY AT EVERY OPPORTUNITY AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO. THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO WORKS AT THIS LOCATION. I DON'T REALLY WANT TO COME BACK BUT IF I NEED TO, I WILL!!!!! I have been using Boyd autobody since my first fender bender in my Honda Civic in about 2004. they have always provided prompt, efficient, friendly service and with the recent ding on my Hyundai Elantra I continue to feel well taken care of by Dean Bros./Boyd. I moved to New Westminster 3 years ago and still return to Marpole for their service - even to fill the pit in my windshield. Good Work Team!
