What a supportive team this location has. Leading by Robin they took the stress associated with the accident away from us. Robin dealt with the aftermath of the collision in a very diligent way. He took care of the paper work, phone calls, gave us valuable advise and was always available to answer our questions. The car was ready on time and looking as good as new. I had a windshield replacement done on insurance, and bodywork done at my cost. Excellent personal service and attention, fast turn around, and repairs done as expected. We have used this facility for many years and for several of our vehicles. I wouldn't go anywhere else! Reliable, honest, and customer satisfaction their goal. It shows.

Robin (and all of the staff) were great! Everyone was very friendly and was able to help me very easily. The service was also super fast which was perfect. I hope I don't have to get another window fixed but if I do I will definitely go back here!

I work across the street and i thought i would just try out one of these shops because i needed my headlight bulb changed. I was totally expecting to be paying some outrageous fee instead of doing it myself. I walked in and was greeted by Robin S. He asked to see my vehicle. As he was working away to access the light bulb, I was expecting him to upsell me and tell me i need "this and that" etc. But to my surprise, he just fixed my light bulb and said no charge! It was a bulb that was used but I didnt mind. I will definitely go back. The little gestures are really worth it! Great service! Thank you Robin :)

Extremely happy with the service I received from Robin and everyone I dealt with at Boyd. It's never much fun having to deal with a smashed car window, but their incredible customer service and quick turn around on the work made it a very pleasant experience. They were great about explaining to me the work being done, and dealing with the insurance end of things. Certainly exceeded my expectations and I would happily return here in the future if I have any other glass or autobody needs. Cheers,

I was most impressed with the fast and friendly service. I needed a new front windshield and called on December 23. Wasn't sure the job would be done before Christmas. Within minutes Rose called back to say a windshield was ordered and could be installed that day. I took my car in within the hour and the job was completed by mid afternoon. AND my car was vacuumed and cleaned! EXCELLENT SERVICE !!! . . . AMAZING STAFF!
