I recently had a hit and run claim adjusted in Winnipeg. During the assessment they determined the rear wheel well was not part of the same occurrence and suggested I make a claim under my recently deceased husband\'s license. They did approve the front and rear doors. I was recently widowed and found the whole conversation very upsetting, although I knew the adjuster was trying to help. When I took my car to be repaired, I asked if the scrap over the wheel well could be buffed a bit or just painted where scuffed. I told the manager my story and he was appauled someone would speak to me like that and said he would try speaking with them. When I picked up my car - all the damage was repaired. I was shocked and more than pleased. He took the initiative on his own to get the work done. I have had many claims repaired there. I have always ... found the service timely, courteous and of good quality. This time, they went really over and above what I would expect. Although I live in Winnipeg and have a Body shop two blocks away, I\'m glad I chose to stay with the Selkirk branch where I have had several repairs done. The staff deserve koodos for being so compassionate to a woman who is still struggling with the lose of her husband. Thank you so much. my car was rearended and was going to be written off. Boyd got excellent used parts and saved my car. They also went against policy and gave me a courtesy car so I could get around till things were worked out. couldn\'t be happier with their service. Thank you so much

Good job replacing the glass in my rear window that had been vandalized. I appreciated being provided with an alternate vehicle and was very happy with the great cleaning job, both inside and outside.
