Superburb service! First, David (Manager) contacted the insurance company when he noticed that repairs were (#1) done incorrectly and recklessly to my vehcile; repairs were not complete; materials used where substandard;and it seemed that the previous repair shop damaged the paint and other parts of car as a result of their work. I am confident that the inspection that David and his team did was above standard. They kept me in the 'loop' each step of the process. The autobody repair technician was also invovled. Both he and David provided information on what repairs would be done. They also listened to my concerns. The Selkirk team seemed to also work well with the insurance company representative. The loaner car was well maintained and clean. From my involvement with the Selkirk shop I felt it was safe. David also saved me a great deal ... of effort and time in finding and installing a radiator. All the work at Boyd was done in a timely manner within the estimated time given. The previous body shop had my vehicle for 2 months. It went in 2x after that and then again for nearly 4 months. Hence, you might be able to tell how frustrated and tempered I have become since overall type spent on my claim was 50 weeks. Due to the integrity; respectful; and professional service that Boyd has provided - I cannot thank the team at Selkirk enough. I recently had to seek assistance to repair the water leaking wind shield of my vehicle. Dave was most helpful, quick and efficient to correct the problem. I am thankful to say there has been no further problems. I am totally satified with the job and the service. Dave gave me the credibility and respect that my own dealership did not. i brought my car into boyd for some repairs and after over a month i finally got it back, not only was that way too long for the minor repairs that had to be done, i got my car back completely filthy, the interior was absolutely covered in dust, even in the seats, all the surfaces had a good layer of dust, had to vaccuum out the entire car. also, noone came out to go over my vehicle with me which i thought was pretty unprofessional

My vehicle, Toyota RAV4 Limited, was at the Selkirk Boyd Autobody + Glass location. The service et al at this location is quite appreciated! The staff we all dealt with are friendly, helpful, knowledgable and considerate. We have recently moved to Selkirk and were glad we went to this Boyd location. David Jackson, the Production Manager, was terrific. He ensured I had a courtesy car to use and gave me several updates as to my vehicle. IF I need their services again in the future, I will not hesitate to use their services. I will definitely recommend them to others.

I recently brought my Lexus for repair and from the moment I stepped into Boyd Autobody, I was treated excellent. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. I was very impressed with Dan Brisnik. He explained everything that was going to happen to my Lexus, he spent quite a bit of time with me. I am very happy with the repair and paint job. When I picked up my car, Dan came with me again and went over everything. I'm sure he went above and beyond. I will for sure recommend Boyd Autobody.

Our work truck had a few broken lights and a broken back window. It turned out that because the rear of the truck cab was bent, the repair proved more difficult than anticipated. Dan and Shawn solved the issue without incurring additional charges, and got the truck back to us in a timely fashion. Downtime means money on work vehicles, so I was quite impressed with the service that Boyd in Selkirk provided!
