Once again my wife and I received timely service from Matt and Rishi and the car was impeccable when we received the following day, also washed/vacuumed inside/out. Being a very picky person, I have absolutely no complaints, as a matter of fact my 8 year old vehicle looks like it just came off the lot. I can't say enough about Rishi and the crew at Boyd in Richmond. We bought our very first brand new car after 40+ years of driving and after only 365 k's driven we were rear ended. We had Boyd do the repairs due to the fact that they promised us that they would be all original Kia parts...no aftermarket ones. Being so new, parts were not readily available and some had to be ordered in from the factory. During that time there was very good communication in letting us know the progress of our vehicle. A few days after the repairs were completed, I noticed a slight flaw in the uphoulstry in the cargo compartment. I called Rishi and he said to bring it in at any time and they would see if we needed to make an appointment. I went in and they had a technician have a quick look and the fix was made in a matter of minutes. While I was waiting, I ... told Rishi about a problem I was having with Kia and their hesitance to replace a door decal that was damaged. (A case we are still not finished with Kia) He had a look and agreed with me that the damage was not due to anything we had done, but something wrong from the original installation. He was kind enough to order the new decal and replace it free of charge. They say the best advertising is 'word of mouth' , well the repair was just done last week and I bet I've told a dozen people about it, and there will definitely be more. From the first phone call to inquire about services to the time we picked up our car, we received excellent service. All of the staff were pleasant and knowledgeable. Operations Manager and staff was very friendly and very co-operative. Great Service and knew what the procedures for doing our collision claim. If there was a problem with the paint work and we were not satisfied. They took our car and re-do in a very reasonable time schedule. Not bad at all. Did our work in a very timely matter. My wife and I were very pleased with the overall service from the Operations Manager, Richie Bakshi. This was our first time dealing with Boyd, and it came after a very good recommendation from my friends and family who have dealt with Richie in the past at Boyd Autobody. I was away on my honeymoon and left the car with Richie. I was very happy with his professionalism. As per my request, he emailed me updates on the progress of the vehicle which gave me and my wife a peace of mind. Furthermore, it was ready to be picked up the day that we returned from our holiday. Because of my experience in dealing with Richie, and the quality and service we received from the staff, we are going to come back in the future for all collision and glass repair.

A special thank you to Jeff and the team at your Richmond location. I brought my car in for a small repair to the back bumper. Jeff was nice enough to touch up a rather large unsightly scratch on the left back fender, and have the technician remove a small dent from the front bumper at no extra charge to me.
