the staff from the moment i walked in were very friendly and helpful...i had almost no info about my claim but the girl that helped me was very good and was able to process my claim. when i eventually picked up my car, Rishi the manager was there(on a saturday.WOW) to deliver my car. WOW! what a job and the car wash was a nice surprise. Great experience!

I would like to thank Boyd's Richmond for getting me my Jeep Liberty back together. I was in an accident and my car was with them for 18 days! Matt was awesome to deal with! He always took the time to keep me informed of how and where my car was in the system. I am in the customer service industry as well and know how important it is to keep my customers in the loop. My Jeep came back cleaner than when they got it, which is most appreciated! I would not hesitate to recomend this Boyd's to anyone! Great job!

I was so pleased that after my first collision -EVER - Family Insurance directed me to Boyd on Bridgeport here in Richmond. The service from Matt Brooks, estimator, and Carmen Thompson, Customer Service Rep. were top-notch. Their helpfulness and friendliness really helped me through my (small) ordeal. Matt seems to have taken extra care to ensure that my car looked better than new. Carmen walked me through the invoice, and I was very happily then on my way. I brought in my white honda civic hybrid and Carmen was super helpful she got me an appointment the day I called. Once i got there Carmen and Matt helped me and Matt looked at my car and I was able to leave it with them that same day. I would definitely use this location again!

I received top quality service from the employees at the Richmond boyd location. I was especially grateful to the manager, who went out of his way to accommodate me by having his staff fix my rear bumper when they were already fixing my front bumper. I was amazed to pick up my vehicle and find it looking like new as the staff had detailed it to such a high standard. Thank you Boyd.

While any auto collision can be traumatic, Rishi and his team (Matt and Carmen) did a fantastic job in make the post-accident experience as bright as possible - from the smiles upon entry to their shop, to the proactive communication throughout the process, to the work that they did to restore my vehicle. I hope I don't get involved in any accidents in the future; however, if I do (or if someone should require repair services), I would be happy to recommend the team at Boyd Autobody on Bridgeport in Richmond!

I came in to Boyd Richmond with my mom as a reccomendation from her friend to have the door glass on my 1992 honda accord replaced. Rishi helped me out and saved me a bunch of money. He was courteous enough to replace the glass without using my claim as it was cheaper than going through insurance. I wouldn't have known about this if he didnt take the time to explain it and get me a better price. My glass was replaced and Rishi had his staff clean all of the glass and the whole car for me. I will definitely reccomend Boyd Richmond to my friends.

We are very happy with the service we received from all at the Richmond Autobody Shop on Bridgeport. After our collision, we were unsure of who to go to, our mechanics at Columbia Chrysler suggested Boyd on Bridgeport. We are very happy they did. I just wanted to take the time to thank all of the staff from Boyd Richmond, special thanks to the Rishi the General Manager. I have never used a Boyd Shop previously but I was pleasantly surprised with the excellent customer service and quality of workmanship on my Honda Accord. Not only was it fixed beyond my expectations but it was delivered to me by Rishi shiny and clean looking as if it was brand new.
