We had some rock chips denting the hood/windshield of our car, and we decided to take it in to the Richmond Boyd earlier this week. We spoke with Rishi Bakshi, who was very helpful and not only fixed the rockchips free of charge, but even threw in a full car wash and cleaned the inside of the car too, also free. I was very impressed by the service and the cleaning staff were also very nice and thorough. This was a much better customer service experience than going to the dealership, and I will be sure to come by again. Thanks again.

Once again I came to Boyd and received excellent service. I believe the managers name is Rishi and he went over and explained all the changes that needed to be made to fix the damages on my truck. I was told that my truck would be ready for the Monday but they finished well before that and were able to give me the truck on the Friday before that Monday. I will be "wreck-ommending" Boyd Richmond to anyone that I know that needs repairs on their vehicles.

I have never used your company before for any servicing at all, and was recommened by the person at Family Insurance when placing my claim with them. She had given me a few names of places in my area, and since yours was so close to where I work, Vancouver Airport, I decided to use you. I was very pleased when I picked my car up today after work, the repairs look good, the service was great, the Enterprise car rental was very convenient, and quick and easy to use, and to top it all off my car had been vacummed and washed! What a nice surprise that was, I thank you for your consideration, I do admit I was a little concerned at first, due to the fact I hadnt been there before, but it was excellent. I will definately recommend you to my friends, in fact have already tonight, and you will be first on my list if I ever need that kind of car ... body work again...Thank You, Wendy Kennedy. read more

The entire team at Boyd provided great service, and I want to give a special thanks to Rishi- I arrived to pick up my car close to closing, and when I was about to drive the courtesy car back, which would have taken me at least half an hour in traffic (taking into account the paperwork at enterprise and return trip), he offered to simply have the car taken care of for me the next business business day and let me get on my way! It's service like this that makes you stand out, and I've already recommended the shop to a colleague who needs repairs.

I just wanted to say that Rishi and his staff took care of my wife's Mercedes C300 4matic when I just dropped in to show some minor scratches and paint on the back bumper. I just came in to see Rishi as he took care of my other cars so well in the past, but to my surprise, his people just spin brushed the scratches and paint off the bumper right away!!! You can bet that anybody I know will be sent to Boyd for their autobody repair needs! Thanks Rishi and Richmond Boyd Autobody!

I received exceptional service at boyd for a side view mirror that I needed installed. The person who helped me promptly was Rishi who also offered to install the mirror that I brought in at no charge. Additional, they cleaned my car. I took my 2006 Infiniti m45 to Boyd Autobody because a friend recommended it to me and told me to make sure to speak to Rishi Bakshi as he is the manager there. I went there and will deffinitely go back for any body repairs I require in the future. Rishi was great! He made sure to inform me about the process and made sure that my car was taken care of. I asked him to phone and me and provide me with any updates or changes and he called me promptly with updates. My car was fixed and looked brand new, there was no signs that it had been in an accident at all. He conducted himself in an extremely professional manner and I will deffinitely be recommending this shop to others because of his customer service skills

I visited the richmond location and I was helped by the manager ( richy). Great service, I have a rangerover that had some dings and scatches. I was expecting to be out of pocket but left pleasantly surprised with the scratches polished out and truck looking new after the wash. Thanks for the savings, I will defininately be back.

I came in to pick up my car from Rishi Bakshi. I had received excellent service from this gentleman. Boyd was going to close at 5pm and I had called to let Rishi know I was stuck in traffic 20 minutes before closing, he mentioned that he had to pick up someone at 515, but told me he'd arrange something so he could wait. He waited 30 minutes after closing. He was very helpful, polite, knowledgeable, explained everything that was done to my car. Best service I've received!
