My car was broken into and I brought it to Boyd to repair the damage. They did a great job and even fixed a couple of other chips free which was a great ending to a bad situation. Customer Service was great - quick, prompt and responsive.

Called in the morning after my car got broken into. They had me in that Tues and got it back on Fri. Very reasonable considering they had to paint the passenger side door. The shop was clean and looked inviting unlike other bodyshops I've been to in the past.Excellent professional service provided by Matt at drop off and pick-up. The glass was replaced and paint color match and quality of workmanship was excellent. They also went ahead and touched up some other scratches further along the body at no extra charge which was a bonus. I'm very satisfied and will be a returning customer if unfortunate damage were to occur again to any of my vehicles. Keep up the good service. Thanks

Had two chips in my window and Rishi Bakshi whom i met at mayfair lakes golf course told me to come see him at Boyd to get it repaired, he assisted me and also explained how the chip occures and how its filled, i appreciated his assistance and the help of his boyd team. thanks

excellent in terms of helpfulness and going out of the way tp accomadate my insureds . The shop will stay open over a Saturday, so that if there is a non drive the insured is able to be looked after- also the staff is cheerful, very pleasant and prompt attention is given , both to me as an adjsuter and my insured whenever I deal with the shop- it is always a relief to send one of my more difficult insured's to Rishi as I am confident he is able to calm the insd and do it takes to get the job done to their satisfaction

Hello, Just wanted let you know about a great experience I’ve had at Richmond Boyd body shop.Upon entering the store I was greeted by one of the manger Rish (I think that’s how you spell his name), he helped me also gave some good suggestions. Later on when I picked up the car I was approached by Rish again, and this is where I could see true dedication to car repair and customer service, he took the time to explain how the work was done and also add on super shiny car wash. A Big Thank to his great customer service. OUTSTANDING !!

I was very pleased by the service I recieved at your body shop. I was referred to your location by a friend due to exceptional customer service. The gentleman I dealt with was kind and pleasant, Rishi Bakshi. I brought my husbands work truck in for a simple windshield repair and was surprised when I picked up the vehicle. Not only was the windshield fixed but the truck looked like a brand new vehicle. It was cleaned inside and out! I was very very impressed. The truck was in pretty bad shape and I appreciated that he went up and beyond by detailing the vehicle when it was only in for a windshield change. I will highly recommend this location to all my friends and family. Thank you.

The quality of customer care and service from the people at Boyd Autobody & Glass was exceptional on every level. They went the extra mile in every aspect of their service and in performing the tasks at hand. They very capably did everything that they said they would and did it with a willingness and eagerness that is rare indeed. The operations manager, Rishi Bakshi, was incredibly helpful and also gave me future advice about proper care of my car. The entire staff was very kind and helpful.. I also remember the names of Matt and Samantha, who were a pleasure and shows the impression that they have left on me. They returned my car to me on time, entirely washed and polished and I have never been as satisfied from such service as yet. I have already referred 2 of my friends to Boyd Auotobody & Glass and will gladly do so again.

I would like to thank the Bridgeport Boyd Group for providing me with excellent customer service while my car was at their facility after a collision. Rishi Bakshi kept me well informed of the work that was being done to my vehichle and also provided me with continuous updated on the timelines. He also delivered my vehichle when it was ready to my home personally and went over all the work that was done to my car in detail so I fully understood all the items on the documentation that was provided. Right from the first phone call, I was treated with such respect, The manager Rishi was ordering parts for my Fiat, while we were on the phone to get the process started. My name is Erin McLeod and I am a proud bronze medalist from the 2012 London Olympics women's soccer team. I brought my car to Rishi Bakshi, at Boyd, once I got back from the tournament because my car, coming from Ontario, didn't pass the BC inspection test. There was a lot of damage to the front left side of my car and I had to leave it (afraid to drive it in BC) at my uncle's place until I was in town. Rishi, from Boyd Autobody and Glass in Richmond had a tow truck pick up my car, he called me personally to go over damages and details of my car and when I was in town he arranged a rental car for me to drive in the city while my car was in the shop. I can only say that the service I received was beyond exceptional. Rishi and his team were informative, and kind. They updated me during the process of the repairs (something I was really not expecting), but by which I was truly impressed. I just want to say thank you...the car's doing great (and I don't think it's looked this sparkly in months)! Dropped off my car late Monday and repairs were started right away. Car was ready the next day, washed and vacuumed. The repair quality was second to none and it looked like my bumper was not even involved in a collision! Rishi Bakshi the operations manager was very professional and offered us a deal that no one could walk away from. He even fixed other damages unrelated to my original repair quote free of charge. There was more damage than originally quoted but he made everything easier, financially wise since it was a private repair. Recommended him to a couple of my friends who will need repairs to their vehicles. I drove all the way from Surrey so it's quite a bit of a drive but it was worth every penny.
