I recently had my truck body fixed at the New Westminster location and I am extremely happy with the outcome and customer service. All the staff, from Eric at the front desk to Chris, the body man in the shop, went out of their way to answer my questions and to make sure I was completely informed and satisfied at the end. Thanks to Mike and Julie who were awesome with getting my appointment booked as well as when I dropped my vehicle off; they got me on my way quickly and worry free. I would also like to thank Chris (Bodyman) who, after noticing my concern of the unknown extent of damage to my vehicle, took a few minutes to explain/review the repair procedure, and assured me of the top notch work which was about to be preformed. I was impressed. Lastly, I would like to thank Eric who went above and beyond to make sure I was informed on my ... vehicle status, and to ensure I was fully taken care of and happy with my rental vehicle. I was extremly satisfied with the customer service at this location; in particular Julie Towell and Mike Amoroso were phenomenal!! I believe they both went above and beyond my expectations in way of customer service- they truly seemed to care about what was happening for me....As well the actual work done to my vehicle (thus far) seems to be impeccable. Overall my experience with that location (and again with those two employees!!) was a very good one...I would recommend this shop above all others at this point!

I called Boyd Autobody & Glass looking for advice for a new "star" on my windshield caused by a passing semi one morning. I spoke with "Alicia" who gave me advice and actually attended to it herself. She was very knowledgeable & I was happy to go to a business in my community. I have been telling colleagues and friends about the great service and will be going back to Boyd the next time we need glass or autobody attention. Thanks Alicia!!

"I phoned Boyd looking for a window replacement for my car as it had been broken into. I phoned a few different places because my car is an older model and I knew it would be challenging to find a replacement. I spoke with Alicia Malone from Boyd and she was amazing. I knew that my little window job was small potatoes for most big companies and a hassle, because of the challenge finding a window. Alicia made me feel that there was hope for my replacement, kept in constant communication and never made me feel as though my glass replacement was any less important than their other jobs. When it's so easy to phone numerous autobody establishments, customer service such as what I received is what makes the difference. I would choose Boyd now for any work moving forward I may need based on the experience I received. Keep up the great work, ... Alicia! I am thoroughly impressed with the fine auto body work that was done to my car. More on the lines of being astounded on the quality of the work done by JAN SVENSSON. A true patriarch of the highest quality craftsmanship of being a body man/mechanic. He went above and beyond all my expectations. I could not believe my eyes; that was my car. It looked brand new. On top of all that he truly is a car enthusiast.

I had a wonderful experience. My car was rear ended and ICBC told me to deal with Can Direct. I pulled into Boyd to get an idea about th cost to fix my car and the fellow said they could d all the insurance filing, which they did, he called me that day and scheduled my car for repairs. They lined up the rental car, did all the paperwork for the claim and I picked up my car perfectly fixed! Wow! Easiest claim of any kind i\'ve ever had.
