Good Morning, I just pick up my 2007 TOYOTA MATRIX I am so pleased ,it looks like it just came off the show room floor.Terry Kinamore of The New Westminster Boyd office, looked after my Claim and gave me such excellent customer service,in a day and age when customer service is almost non existent,it is refreshing to say the least,My neighbour is wanting some body work done on his vehical, so for sure I'm giving him Terry's business card so he can get the same Excellant service that I got. The service I received has been fantastic, thank you.I was provided with a really nice courtesy vehicle (which was also clean and shiny inside and out!) during the repair process, and when my own vehicle was returned, it was in superb condition. The repair was completed within the estimate time given and the repairs were excellent and flawless, and in addition, my vehicle had been cleaned inside an out! Thank you SO much. One very happy customer! :o)
