"Boyd worked with me to get my older, but \"perfect for me\" stationwagon back on the road looking quite acceptable, and within the bounds of the Insurance comapny pay out, despite the Insurance Companies directive to total the vehicle. This ment a lot to me, as I wasn\'t ready to renew my vehicle which is the workhorse of my family while we do garden rennovations, transport kayaks, and teach a seventeen year old to drive. "From the time we had our car stolen six days prior, with a feeling of anger and despair, we entered the office of Boyd Autobody on 3rd avenue in New Westminster and very quickly we had an attitude of change for the better, there was now a feeling of opptimism and horefullness. thanks to the pleasentness, kindness and professionalism of all those we came in contact with. Many years ago in a song, Mick Jagger of the Rolling Stones, commented "I dont get to satisfaction!" Well, maybe he should have _______ Boyd Autobody Ltd as we did, and received absolute satisfaction! I commend Mike Amoroso for his generous assistance in removing pole smudge on my left front fender of my Honda..free of charge..such an overture which might have cost in the hundreds is typical of this firm..customer is always first and the price is right..thanks so much, Mike!

I had made an appointment to bring my car in for an estimate (private)to get my bumper repaired. I was absoultely stunned when the young service man fixed my bumper and a knick in the window that I had not even mentioned and did not charge me. It made my day and then some.

Mike at your Boyd location in New Westminster was hands-down the best person I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with! Unlike other body-shops I have b been to before, Mike brought me solutions, not problems. I would highly recommend my friends and family to go see Mike. Boyd as a whole has and exceptional employee in Mike and If it was possible to clone him for all of your other locations, there wouldn\'t be any competition left in the marketplace!
