I brought my vehicle in with a shattered read window. They cleaned up the glass and taped it up so it was drivable. I left it with them the next morning and a day later it was all fixed and ready to go. They also arranged to have a rental car ready for when I came in. No hasstle, fast service!

Hello! I am writing to praise your Lakewood location on their exceptional service!! I was in my first accident ever in 30 yrs and I have to say Boyd made the experience rather painless! From the moment I walked in the door. (Matthew acknowledged me instantly even though he was helping another customer) Leah assisted me with my claim and reviewed the particulars . When further damage was found they provided me with transportation immediately. I was updated on the progress and received my vehicle back in a very reasonable time frame. To Maurice, Matthew, Leah and all of the staff in the shop, a very big thank you from a very satisfied customer!! I will highly recommend your company to my friends and family. Happy Holidays!

On November 27, 2013 I went to the Boyd on Henderson Hwy in Winnipeg and asked if they could possibly fit me in for a repair that day. The day before someone had tried to break into my car through my driver's side window - leaving it half open, and off the track, unable to close. It was cold, snowing and I was freezing driving in my car with the window half open. The manager (Bob?) told me he would do his best to fit me in! By the end of the day, Boyd repaired the window for free! What great service. I want to thank everyone at Boyd on Henderson for a great Christmas present! Exellent service in replacement of my Venza windshield, even though the OEM windshield which was installed was faulty,(probably shoukd have caight this at the outset) the manager made it right by providing a genuine Toyota windshield at no additional cost, which was not anticipated. The subsequent installation was perfect.

Hi I had my van in for an MPI claim mon-wed this week (18-20 Nov). I must admit the service I received exceeded my expectations. I had another claim in the Spring and used a local company, so I had an opportunity to compare services. From the initial greeting to the final goodbye wave, the Boyd personnel were extremely courteous and helpful. They were sympathetic to my concerns about the repair, and even offered extra advice on some extra service I was asking about. The intake was prompt, the friendliness of all I had dealings with made me feel at ease, and the repairs were accomplished only ahead of schedule. I also didn't expect my van to be thoroughly cleaned inside and out. I'm sold. Boyd will be my next auto body choice (hopefully by enhancements and not for collisions!).
