I was in Boyd Autobody and Glass the week of September 15th, 2013. Reason for visit: The weather strip at the top of the windshield had come loose in the middle and was blowing out while driving. I walked in and the girl at the desk asked if she could help me. She came out immediately, looked at my car and said she would take it in right away. Within 10 minutes the strip was reglued and taped down. She asked that I leave the tape overnight for the glue to set. When I asked what the charge was she told me it was free. This was the second time that I have gone to Boyd for help and the second time they have been exemplary in their service. Thank you to the people at Boyd Auto. You should be proud of yourselves. I accidentally backed out of the garage and broke my side mirror. I emailed Boyd that evening and had an appointment for the next day already! Rob Burns took down my info, gave me the options and costs and said that I could have it installed within a few days! I scheduled an appointment around my work and they called to confirm and insure me that they had the part, they even helped me out GREATLY by recycling the cover so it minimized my cost. Rob and his staff were amazing. When I arrived I expected to be there a few hours but within 20 minutes they were totally done! THANKS FOR THE AWESOME SERVICE!! I will be certain to pass my recommendation along to my friends!!

My visit at BOYD on Pembina Hwy was very pleasant! As soon as I walked in I was approached by Jason, I explained to him the reason for my visit, he quickly then took a look at the car and told me to come back later that day to pick it up! When I came to pick up the car, surprisingly the car was also washed and cleaned inside and out! the problem for my visit was taken care off as well! Overall, the staff were very friendly and the service was very fast and definetly beyond my expectations! Next time I have a problem, I sure know where to go!

Derek and Jason were so very helpful and I will definitely recommend your services to anyone. Nice to see great customer service is still a factor in certain establishments. I had bent my front license plate on a concrete barrier in a parking lot, and went to Boyd to get it fixed. They very kindly repaired it free of charge. I was most surprised…and pleasantly so. One seldom gets something for nothing these days. Thank you so much; it made my day.

This is the best car repair shop I have ever been too. They were very helpful in getting me a rental car while mine was in the shop and the first time, they gave me a loaner. They called every Tuesday and Thursday to give me up dates on my repair and even held it back for a day due to finding something else that needed to be done. I am very impressed with the service that was provided, they are run very efficiently and are very friendly, willing to answer any questions and willing to help in whichever way they can. I will return (God forbid) next time I need repairs.

Want to start by saying how happy I was getting into my car today after the repair. Great to be driving my own car again. The positive service started when I dropped in with the estimate. It got better when I was told that they would arrange for the rental car, using Enterprise down the block. The location of Enterprise was the reason I had selected the Dudley location to begin with so this unexpected service was a lovely surprise. Within 30 minutes, I dropped the car off, Katherine processed me quickly, I signed for my rental, and I was at work downtown. As promised, I got an update on Tuesday and again today. The car was ready today, even earlier than expected. The repairs look great and it was lovely to drive away in a clean car too. I most definitely would recommend Boyd and in particular the Dudley location. Katherine was fabulous, ... personable, and knowledgeable. read more

The staff at Boyd were extremely helpful and expeditious during the collision repair process! Dave Losie who actually performed the repair did a fantastic job as he has done in the past and a person can't even tell the bumper was replaced!
