We were very impressed with the quick and convenient service that Teresa and Michael gave us at repairing our cracked Equinox front window glass. Teresa was very helpful ordering the windshield glass for our Equinox within one day, and coming back the next day for same day replacement service. Thank you very much for the excellent service!

If rated up to 100%, the service I received from Michael, Teresa and Adam was 150% ! I had body work done on my vehicle and the service was above and beyond. I have had body work done on my vehicle in the past at a dealership and was treated like a number and received next to no customer service. My experience with Michael and his team the total opposite. They even took care of having a car from the rental agency waiting for me when I dropped off my vehicle. I have and will continue to share my experience with family and friends and recommend Boyd Autobody on Henderson Hwy!! Thank you Michael, Teresa and Adam!!

I can't say enuff about how satisfied I am with the fast friendly professional service I received at Boyd on Regent. Miguel was exceptionally friendly and courteous. He spoke to me and explained the details and process my car would go thru upon repair. Explained the warranty in detail. He took the time! That's very important to me. He offered me a courtesy car to use while he worked on my car. That to is extremely important. When I picked up my car he had washed it and detailed the interior. His support staff was also extremely polite and patient at answering all my questions. Miguel treated his staff with respect and appreciation! The office was clean and in order. Thanks Miguel and your staff!!! Keep up the great work and services you offer. I would recommend Boyd on Regent to anyone! And should I ever need services of this type again, ... I brought my vehicle in for a vandalism claim, my front windshield was scratched up on the drivers side, the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, they processed my claim in a timely manner and the repair was exceptional. I would definitely recommend this Boyd location to my friends and family.

I needed to have my windshield replaced and chose to work with Boyd. Teresa was absolutely amazing. She was pleasant, professional, and took the time to explain the whole process to me. I had an appointment within a couple of days and they did an excellent job. I was very impressed with their service and would recommend Boyd to anyone needing glass or collision repairs.

The employee responsable for repair estimate and the one who talked to me when I returned the courtesy car and picked up mine are kind and helpful. I'm giving feedback in regards to a recent incident claim I made with Boyd through MPI. I wanted to tell you how helpful Boyd was. My car was going in for an accident, a lot of damage was needed to be fixed. Front bumper, front fender, rear fender, suspension. That's what I brought my car in for. A man named Jason was the one helping me out and communicating with me throughout this claim. I can not say enough good things about Jason. He kept me up to date everyday with what was happening to my car, when it will be done, whats next. He called me based on my schedule, was always in a great mood, and tried to make my experience as easy as possible. He was one of the soul reasons my experience was so wonderful. They replaced my drivers door handle for free. They didn't need to. My car was there for awhile so that was their apology. An amazing ... gesture. We had some incidents throughout the process but the whole team at Pembina Boyd was amazing. I recommend them to everyone now, they truly were great.
